The last bell rang. Louise got detention for throwing a book at Ms. Snur. She walked into an empty classroom with other delinquents. Mr. Frond was watching over the class, but was reading some pretty good fanfiction, with headphones on. Louise began to draw on the desk with perminant marker as she looks to her left. She see's regular sized Rudy.
"How the heck did you manage to make it here?" Louise asked, in a smug tone.
"I got detention for missing a class" he responded.
"No way! You skipped class!?" She asked surprised.
"No, I passed out in the bathroom, and they thought I was sleeping". He replied.
"That sounds about right". Louise said.
They carried on about a conversation about nothing,when they were interrupted by a loud snore. Me. Frond had fallen students took this opportunity to sneak out the window. They still had an hour before their parents picked them up, so Rudy and Louise headed to the playground.
They sat on the platform above the slide, and Rudy began to reminisce. "Doesn't this place look familiar, Louise?" Rudy said with a happy tone in his voice.
"Yes, it's the playground. We go here everyday, dummy". She said, making Rudy's question seem dumb.
"It's the place you kissed m-""Shh" Louise interrupted him. "Don't talk about that! Remember what I said. I will end you." She said angrily.
"Besides that was ages ago" she said scoffing it off.
"Actually, it was 8 days ago" Rudy told her.
"You remember exactly how long ago it was! Gross!" She yelled.
"It was the one time I was out of breath, and didn't need an inhaler." He said, as his cheeks began to redden.
"Yea, it was pretty awkward. I didn't mean to exhale when I did it" She said, embarassed.
"It's OK. Besides I realized 2 things when it happened." He said.
"What's that?" Louise replied.
"That I had to of been your first kiss too, considering you didn't seem to know what you were doing" He said acting funny.
"Speak for yourself, how would you know what to, and what not to do?" She said.
"I know not to exhale" Rudy said smirking.
"Anyway! What else did you learn?!" Louise said, desperately trying to change the subject.
"Oh, right" Rudy said. "I also learned..."Rudy began to blush again.
"Spit it out! Will ya!?" Louise demanded.
"I also learned that I gave the weeds, and card to the wrong girl." He said with a blend of nervousness, and confidence.
Louise began to blush, as well.
Louise slapped Rudy, but kept her hand on his face, and kissed him.
"Louise?" Said a voice, that made Louise's heart drop. She looks down the slide, and see's Bob.
"Dad! Wh- What are you doing here so early?" Louise said panicked.
"The principal called saying Mr. Frond fell asleep, and that the kids edcaped. I'm surprised you're not torching a building somewhere ." Bob explained.
"Oh..." Louise began "Well then... let's go."
She slid down the slide, and said goodbye to Rudy, and got into the car.
Bob began to drive home.
"So...Uh... Louise...Where you...?" Bob began to question.
"Just don't tell Mom." Louise said with a slight begging tone.
"Why not? This is your first kiss. Sure you're a little young, but still. You're Mom would be happy." Bob said trying to convince her.
"No, because she'll just make a big deal out of it". She said. " And don't tell Gene or Tina."
"Why not them?" Bob asked.
"Because they'll tell Mom." She said.
"Yea... I'll keep it to myself. My arm still hurts from when I told them you cried after stubbing your toe a month ago. Bob said holding his arm.
They arrived to the restaurant, and Louise went up to her room. She was thinking of all that had happened. She immediately texted Rudy saying "Tell anyone, including family, and I. WILL. END. YOU."
Rudy texted back a "Don't worry, It's safe with me"
