Well, I decided to create this sequel

Well, I decided to create this sequel. The first part is actually an essay I had to do for English. I've had some nasty writer's block lately and it took me forever just to come up with these four paragraphs. Four! Four pathetically small paragraphs! UGH!! Well, read it over and tell me what you people think… You liked it the last time…

Disclaimer: I don't own any of the Harry Potter stuff in here, or any of the songs you see. Just the characters and plot… yeah….

Your heart is not open,

So I must go.

This spell has been broken… I loved you so

Freedom comes when you learn to let go,

Creation comes when you learn to say no.

Walk away

Elise ran through the halls of the twisted castle. Once more, her classmates had pushed her into internal turmoil. Rob was polishing the trophies for Filch so she couldn't go there. She sneaked out of the doors and ran across the lawn to the Forbidden Forest. It was not until she was far inside the trees did she stop and realize where she was. When she did she sat on the ground and started to cry.

You were my lesson, I had to learn

I was your fortress you had to burn

Pain is a warning that something's wrong

I pray to god that it won't last long

Walk away

She loved Rob, but the people at school were tearing her apart for doing so. She couldn't ignore them, they were too persistent. With her emotions in a tangled heap, she just needed to get away. She and Rob were barely seeing any of each other, people were purposely breaking them up in and halls and after classes. She wanted him to be with her when she was like this, and pined when she knew he couldn't be. Several girls had started being friendly to her again, but she wasn't sure why. They had caused a lot of people to hate them by loving each other, she knew. And she didn't want to be tricked into friendship by people who disliked her. She had started to think that perhaps she and Rob should break up and get back together after school was over. After all they only have one year left.

There's nothing left to try

There's no place left to hide

There's no greater power than the power of goodbye

Your heart is not open so I must go

This spell has been broken… I loved you so

Rob had followed Elise through the trees when he saw her run through the halls. Leaving his detention for her had been an easy decision. Anything concerning him being able to spend time with her was. He came up and hugged her from behind, smiling as she jumped out of fright. He whispered reassurances to her, then started to sing softly in her ear.

You were my lesson I had to learn,

I was your fortress

There's nothing left to try

There's no place left to hide

There's no greater power than the power of goodbye

Leaning back against him, her tears flowed silently down her face. She pushed back her thoughts about leaving him, feeling the comfort of his arms. But then the unbidden doubt swelled in her chest once more and she turned, sobbing into his shoulder. He sighed and just held her, waiting for solutions to come to him.

There's nothing left to lose

There's no more heart to bruise

There's no greater power than the power of goodbye

Learn to say goodbye

I yearn to say goodbye
