Tsuna -x- Irie
Irie walked into the infirmary holding his stomach. Math and science he could handle, but the English essay exam stressed him out too much and he ended up giving himself a stomachache during class.
There was only one other student in the infirmary, it was Tsuna.
"Hi, Tsuna-san," Irie smiled a bit even though his stomach hurt.
"Oh, hello Irie, is it stomach aches again?" Tsuna looked compassionately toward the other boy.
"Yeah, English test," Irie grimaced. "What are you in for?"
Tsuna looked down at his hand, which was wrapped in bloody bandages. "Yamamoto's baseball went through a window because Gokudera's cigarette smoke made him cough in the middle of his swing and I just couldn't run as fast as them…."He trailed off…"Hibari caught me."
Irie winced, no one wanted that fate.
"I am just waiting for the painkillers to kick in." Tsuna smiled weakly up at Irie.
"Would you like to sit down?" He patted the infirmary bed next to him.
"Y-yes, thank you." Both boys winced in pain as the bed shifted slightly with Irie's added weight.
Irie blushed, his glasses fogging up slightly, "S-sorry Tsuna, that was my fault. I should have been more careful."
Tsuna laughed lightly, "It's all right, I think it hurt you worse than it hurt me, the nurse should be back soon and you can get some medicine from her."
He reached up and gently patted Irie's shoulder, making a little noise because it was the hurt hand that he had used.
Irie's eyes widened, "Tsuna-san! Be careful!"
Irie gently lifted Tsuna's hand. "M-my mom taught me something that helps you to forget about the pain…may I?" Tsuna nodded.
Irie slowly leaned down to Tsuna's bandaged hand and kissed it gently. He straightened and looked at Tsuna, both boys were blushing.
A moment later Irie half-doubled over in pain again, clutching his stomach.
Tsuna looked worried for a minute, then he smiled as Irie straightened again. "Irie-kun, please let me help you too. "
Tsuna lifted his undamaged hand to his lips and kissed two fingers, then pressed them gently against Irie's stomach.
"Did that help, Irie-kun?" Tsuna's eyes were wide as he looked up worriedly.
"Y-yes, now there are only butterflies, the pain is gone. Thank you…Tsuna." Both boys blushed and smiled. This was the best trip to the infirmary they had ever had.
