"Max get the hell up already!"a teenaged boy with long dark brown hair shouted at a figure under the sheets of the bed.
"Ughh, just five more minutes,James."the figure groaned.
"No, Max, remember that 'Bring Your Son to Work Day' thing?"James said.
"Grr...Fine..."Max said as he dragged himself out of the bed,a few strands of frosted blonde hair draping over his sage green eyes "Hey where's Joe anyways?"
"He's still getting ready"James said and looked out the door to look for any sign of his brother.
Max stepped into the bathroom briefly and came out fully dressed and ready for the day.
"Let's get Joe." Max said as he and James stepped out the door and walked down the hall to their older brothers door.
Max tapped on the door a few times only to be answered by a short grunt.
"Getting ready, eh?"Max said as he and James walked into Joe's room.
A boy that looked to be about 14 lay on a bed, completely sprawled out, he had dark red hair and (when his eyes were open) had hazel eyes.
"Joe,wake up!"Max and James shouted at their older brother in frustration.
"Wuzzat...?"Joe said in slurred speech,then rolled over onto his side.
Max picked up James's old alchemy book he had left in Joe's room and bashed Joe in the head with it.
"Ouch...Jeez I'm up,I'm up!"Joe said as he got up off the bed.
"Cmon,let's go!"Max shouted as he made his way for the stairs.
"Hey wait up!"Joe and James shouted as they ran after him.
"Ok,I'll get the scooter, you two get the skateboards,'kay?"Max shouted back to inside the house and started down the road to his father's office at the nuclear power plant 13 blocks away.
"Aggh!..Wait up!"James and Joe shouted as they came out of the door and jumped onto their skateboards.
Even as the three brothers raced down the road,not one of them knew of the adventures that were soon to come...
