The Truth Hurts
Chapter 1: New Face.
"Hey Guys! How was your weekend with your grandparents?" Asked a girl with long dirty blonde hair with matching sky blue eyes.
"All they did was talk about the war & blah blah blah. I was just glad Spencer here could come with me. How was yours Wendy?" Replied a guy with short black hair & deep blue eyes. He was smirking at the guy next to him with light brown hair with green eyes to match.
"Same old, same old & Connor why on Earth would you drag Spencer with you?"
"Because he said he owed me & this was a way to pay it off." Wendy just giggled at her two guy friends. She then noticed a girl, a girl who she had never seen in school before, standing at her locker looking at students walk by. Wendy was just about to say something when she felt a shock on her waist. She turned to see her other guy friend Peter standing there. He had light blonde hair & light brown eyes.
"Hey." They all waved at him. Wendy turned back to the girl noticing more details about her. She had caramel brown hair & then Wendy got a chance to see she had warm chocolate-brown eyes. She started to walk over leaving the guys with a confused expression. Wendy tapped her on the shoulder & she turned around. She was completely stunning to Wendy.
"Hi, I'm Wendy Duncan. I haven't seen you around before. Are you new?." The girl raised an eyebrow at her.
"Like you just said you haven't seen me around before so I must be new. By the way the names Rio Talerico. I guess it's nice to meet you or something mate." The girl had a hint of Australian in her voice.
"Yeah I guess it is. So em ... how long have you been in town?" Asked Wendy. Rio closed her locker & picked her bag up.
"Few years." Wendy nodded at the answer. She turned her head a touch & saw the guys coming over to her. She turned back to Rio.
"Hey. I'm Peter & this is Connor & Spencer. Of cause you know Wendy here." Spoke Peter in a calm voice. Rio just stuck a piece sign up at them. The bell went & Wendy still wanted to talk to her but she was turning to leave.
"Hey wait! What lesson do you have first?" Asked Wendy. Rio turned back around with a roll of her eyes & a short sigh replied with.
"English."
"Oh I have P.E with these two dopes." Replied Wendy pointing to Peter & Connor.
"I have English. I can help you get to class if you want." They all looked at Spencer who hadn't spoken all morning. They then looked at Rio.
"I'm good Rudolph but hey I guess I'll see Rapunzel, Green Bean & Smurf later or something." She replied with a small smile, shrug of the shoulders & a wink leaving them all shocked at the nicknames she gave them. She walked off & went into her classroom.
