AN: there's really no plot to this, just cute waige fluffies cause I think I owe it to them after what I'm putting them through in Remember Me

Paige turned her head to look at Walter, finding him still asleep next to her. She ran her fingers through his curls, making him moan a low growl deep in his throat.

She let out a small giggle as he rolled over and opened his eyes, looking surprised to see her. "Good morning to you, too," she laughed.

He looked into her eyes, figuring she would be disappearing soon. He would eventually wake up from this dream, he always did.

"Walter." She reached up to touch his cheek, the warmth of her hand startling him. "I'm here," she said as if she were reading his mind.

"Last night…" he began, trailing off, still not believing that he was awake and that she was in bed with him, laying in his arms. Naked. He kept his eyes on her face although he wanted to just explore her body more.

"Last night," she repeated him. She kissed him softly, whispering "I love you" against his lips.

"I love you too." He moved his fingers through her hair as she kissed under his jaw then his neck before kissing his chest over his heart, resting her head there.

"I'm here," she told him again, moving her finger to run across his bicep. A ghost of a touch, just enough to let him know she was, in fact, still there. And enough to let her know he was there as well. "I guess we should get moving," she sighed, though she seemed to be in no rush to do what she'd suggested.

They'd spent the night in Tahoe, agreeing to go back to LA in the morning. They'd hardly slept though, spending a couple hours laying on top of the covers talking until Paige kissed him and started to unbutton his shirt.

He knew that she was right, that they had to get up and get dressed and go home, but he didn't want to lose physical contact with her for even one minute. He wanted to hold her as long as possible. He lifted his head to glance out the window of their hotel room, it was still dark outside. He'd lost all sense of what time it was but figured there was less than an hour before sunrise. "Few more hours?" he asked.

She nodded sleepily but kept her eyes open, looking up at him as she let out a soft, content sigh.

"You can sleep." He kissed the top of her head softly, moving his fingers along her spine. "I'll be here when you wake up."

She smiled, closing her eyes as she curled against his chest. "You better be."
