You turn off the alarm ,watching lazily the time "Ugh I don't wanna wake up" you say while brushing your (h\c) from your eyes. Reluctantly you get up and go straight to bathroom just to see some monster that should be you, "Ugh great I look like shit today" you sigh while brushing the bush that used to be your hair. Ended your bathroom chores you got to dress up, choosing a black jeans and a black sweater with the captain America logo on it, you didn't like him honestly, you did buy that shirt only because it was cheap and cool. Putting on your black leather jacket and watching yourself in the mirror you sigh one last time before taking your bag and go out of your apartment.
You don't like Washington.
Well you almost don't like anything but those are details, The city is too big and your workplace is quite far from your home and you don't have enough money to buy yourself a car so usually you go by feet or sometimes you call a cab. Today is one of the days when you call a cab "Hello? Yes I need a cab. 13th Street. Thanks" you smile proudly at your memory, learning all these streets names when you came from a little city is hard but in the end you learned them rather quickly. Thinking to yourself you don't notice the driver that was calling out your name. "Miss (l\n) (f\n)?" he asks carefully, you jumped a little surprised to hear another voice that isn't yours "Yes that's me, I um need to go to the National Gallery of Art?" you ask hoping that the man is the cab driver, smiling politely. "Sure thing miss get on!" He says smiling widely, you sigh in relief and took note of his strong English accent while entering in the cab. "So miss (l\n) do you go often to the Art museum?" he asks while turning on the radio, "Well yes it's where I work, I'm a restorer" you answer smiling slightly "COOL" he says excitedly "It's the first time I have a restorer in my cab!" He says with twinkling eyes, you giggle "Well it's not that cool" you try to say still giggling at his attitude "For me it's a cool job" he says "Oh here's your stop miss" he quickly says eyeing the museum " Oh right thanks for the nice ride…?" you ask "Benedict but if you want you can call me Ben" he says smiling, "Okay Ben, you can call me (y\n) and here's your money Bye!" you said while entering in the museum.
You were about to enter when you heard someone screaming at you. You turn just to see a man running up to you
" W-wait (y\n) uuuh you did forget your jacket in the cab" he says between pants , you look at the black leather jacket in his arms and smile sweetly at him "Oh god thank you so much Ben" you say still smiling, he smiles back "No prob what are friends for? By the way here's my number who knows maybe sometimes you can hang with me and my boyfriend?" he asks while smiling, "I would love that-OH MY GOD I'M LATE sorry gotta go bye Ben!" you say to your new friend while quickly entering into the massive building.
"She's not a girl, she's a tornado" Ben thought while softly chuckling to himself.
