If I never knew you: Bookworm and Parties
He sighed 'Hm irritating as usual' thought Sasuke Uchiha as he sat near the loud mouth blond friend in their house since they had both agreed to become roommates in college. He was beginning to wonder what possessed him to be roommates with Naruto in the first place. "So anyway there's this party tonight a couple of blocks away from here and I was thinking Hey why not go and check it out tonight and…" From that point on Sasuke began to draw Naruto out within his thoughts.
Naruto always seemed to want to go out to a party they were hosting While all Sasuke wanted to to was chill out and work on his studies Since it was obvious he was A LOT more smarter then Naruto when it came to grades. Sasuke can only think of one reason why Naruto wanted to go out so much, the new freshmen that came SAKURA.
He has had the biggest crush on her ever since highschool where they all first met but ever since she came to their college he has been trying to prove to her he was MATURE now.
But it would always end the same, she always blew him off and her attention were back to the object of her affection Sasuke, she liked him ever since she first laid eyes on him. "Hm? Hey Teme! Have you even heard a word I said!" Sasuke sighed getting up and flopping himself down on the couch, turning on the tv "I heard what you said Dobe and my answer is NO" Sasuke said with no emotions held in his voice or face "What! What do you mean no! Aw come on Teme you barely even go out COME ON!" Naruto raising his voice little by little as his hands grips the corner of the kitchen table tightly, a irritated look appearing on his face "You might even get LUCKY tonight and who knows Sakura-chan could be there" He said with a cat like smile appearing on his lips.
He began to grow more and more irritated as he tried to convience him to go, and what made it worst was that he put 'who knows Sakura might be there' in the same sentence! He turned his head slightly shooting a glare towards him as he tightened his grip on the remote wishing he stop talking.
"Hmm Naruto what in your right mind IF you have a mind at all makes you think that I would wanna see Saku…."
A knock came at the door as Naruto hurried onto his feet to go and answer it, as soon as he did he was greeted by one of his college roommate Hinata "A…ah good af….afternoon Naruto-kun" Naruto didn't know her all to well since she was a freshmen just like Sakura at their school.
She was wearing a light shoulder sleeve light sweater that hung off her shoulders, the light sweater sleeves stopping on her forearm revealing her creamy skin shoulder and collar bone. Her skirt a few inches above her knee's but not to high to reveal much while she had white stocking reaching under her knees and her reading glasses she has on too along with her loosely pony tail side hair gaveling her the look of a typical bookworm. She stood there smiling at him as she held a bag of cookies in her hands.
"I….I thought that i…m….maybe…..eep!" her cheeks turned a light tint of pink as she caught a glimps of what Naruto was wearing. His Orange tank-top and his dark blue denim jeans, his tank-top huggling his muscular body just right to reveal the grooves they made and his denim jeans unbutton and slightly down revealing only a peek of his frog underwear and his lower abdominals.
"Hm? Hinata? Yoohoo are you there?"He said as he waved his hand in front of her face snapping her out of her daze "Ah….Ah…..ye….yes here! I t…thought….y…y….you might like….th…..th….these cookies since I made…..t…to much!" she squeeked out the last part as she hurried down to her dorm that was right down the halls 4 doors down from Naruto's and Sasuke "Hm? Hey thanks Hina….." was all he got out before she closed more like slammed the door.
Sasuke sat there chuckling in the background as he watch the scene unfold, he seemed Naruto was completely naïve when it came to the one girl who actually likes him. But he shrugged it off and continued to watch Tv.
Naruto walked towards the cookie jar pouring all of the cookies into it before joing Sasuke on the couch, slouching on one side of the couch stand "Man she's a weird one" Sasuke cocked a eyebrow in interest in what he was talking about "Do you mean the Hyuuga girl" Naruto nodded "Yeah I mean she's always stuttering, I mean sometimes I can barely understand her, she doesn't go out to party or anything and she has her hair always tied up I mean" "Hm Dobe there are girls that DON'T like to reveal themselves to the entire world"
Sasuke said as he flipped to another channel, Naruto slightly turning his head towards him slightly raising an eyebrow to his statement "Yeah but a little doesn't hurt" Sasuke rolled his eyes to Naruto's ignorant statement 'The dobe just doesn't get it does he not every SINGLE DAMN GIRL will be like Sakura the way she carries herself the campus' of course he would never tell this to Naruto because the guy would have a heart attack if he ever find out and he wasn't in much of a mood to educate him tonight. The sun began to go down as Naruto caught a glimps of it, he quickly got up and went into his room looking for clothes for tonight as he yelled out "Sasuke-teme! Are you sure you don't wanna go out to this party!" Sasuke was slowly leaving his patient if he said it once he said it a million times he DID NOT want to go as he flickered back and forth between channels "Yes Naruto I am sure I do not and i repeat DO NOT want to join you in this party adventure tonight"
Sasuke heard Naruto give out a 'Tch' as he went in to take a shower getting ready for the party
20 mins has gone by before Naruto stepped out the room wearing a orange vest with a light blue shirt underneath, lightly baggy dark black denim jeans along with hiw white nike sneakers and colon, a very strong slightly musty colon that burned Sasuke nose distracting him from his studys.
"Ah! I thought you showered Dobe you still stink!" Naruto's head snapped towards Sasuke sticking his tongue out at him "Teme I DID shower you just jealous" "Hmmm right Naruto" Sasuke said as he held no emotions on his face digging his nose back into his studies, Naruto took a seat beside him literally gulping down an entire soda before giving out a sigh of satisfaction "Man you don't know what your gonna miss" A grin forming on his lips as he leaned back against his chair letting out a loud burp, Sasuke winching at his discusting table manner as he continued his studies trying his hardest to ignore Naruto "Yeah I'm pretty that I'm not missing much" Naruto shot a glare at him as he got up throwing away his can and walking towards the door "Whatever Teme See you later tonight" and with that he was out the door "Finally"
As Naruto walked out his dorm he accidentally dumped into Hinata spilling out all of her grocery "Oh shit I'm sorry Hinata h….here let me help you!" He said as he kneeled down picking up her grocery packing them in along with herself as well "N…no, No need Naruto i….i should have…." She stopped in-between her sentence her hand touched Naruto's. Her hand touched the hand of the boy she had a crush on since she got here NARUTO, she felt as if she could faint happily right there.
"Uh…..Hinata?...yeah well here you go see yeah" Naruto said as he was heading down the stairs, Hinata snapped out of her daze as she picked up her bags turning towards him "W….Wait!...w….where are…..y..you going Naruto-kun?" He stopped mid-way pf the stairs turning slightly towards her, his smile forming against his lips "Hehehe I'm going to a party tonight" "Oh um…b..by yourself….m..may I ask who….is joining you?"
Naruto gained a confused look on his face, she never spoke this much to him before but he figured it was no big deal "Just with a couple of the guys, Choji, Shikamaru, Kiba, Shino, Lee and hehehe ~SAKURA"
Hinata's eyes widen up with the last name he said almost as if it were melody to anyone's ear 'Sakura' Yes she knew all to well that Sakura was the girl that caught Naruto's attention the most, most certainly not her as she placed her head down light tears filling up in her eyes "Well see yeah around Hinata" and with that he was gone in a flash, Hinata didn't even have time to tell him goodbye, she sadly picked up her bags and walked towards her dorm trying her hardest to keep the tears from falling.
Later that night around 12 Sasuke was still into his studies, once he started no one stopped him that was until he heard a knock on the door.
He wondered who would be knocking on the door this late at night, and if it were Naruto why didn't he just use there key. As soon as he opened the door he soon regretted it as he saw Sakura helping a drunk Naruto to his feet. "Hmm! Naruto get a hold of yourself" "Hehehehe hick…Sakura-chan….hick have I ever told you….hick how BEAUTIFUL you are" "Hmmm over one million times hm? Ha Sasuke-kun!" Her eyes lit up with joy as she caught a glimps of sasuke in a button up shirt slightly unbutton revealing his tank top underneath along with his dress black pants "Hm what do you want Sakura" She gave out a small pout as Sasuke slightly aggressive attitude as he placed a hand on his waist "Awww Sasuke-kun don't be so mean, Naruto had a little to much to drink at the party and his friends were also drunk, so being the good girl that I am" Sasuke almost laughed at her statement about her "I am returning him to his dorm" She said as she walked in struggling to walk under Naruto's weight, Sasuke just rolled his eyes as he gripped the other side of Naruto rushing him into his room and on his bed where it looked like he completely knocked out.
He let out a irritating sigh "Dobe" before walking back out into the living room but not before catching a glimps of Sakura on the couch, her legs crossed as she wore a over the sleeve pink shirt with glitter and stones on it, bangles on her wrist with a emerald green ring, her white skinny jeans along with her sheen high light brown boots and her long pink hair in slight waves. Her finger motioned for Sasuke to come and sit with her, Sasuke just scoffed it up and went back into his studies.
Sakura slightly pouted as she got up and hurried her way behind Sasuke, both her hands resting on his shoulders "Hm Sakura I do not wish to be touched"
"Awww but Sasuke-kun" she tried to sound as cute as possible which made Sasuke stomach twist and turn in a disgusting way, her hands sliding from his shoulders into his open button shirt "You look so tense just studying you should" She leaned down trying to seductively whisper in his ear "Relax" That did it Sasuke gently pushed Sakura away grabbing his books and heading towards the door "Ah! S….Sasuke-kun wait!" She said as she literally an after him.
"W…where are you going! Sasuke Wait!" "Grr I'm going to a place to study alone! I place you won't follow!" He said raising his voice trying to tell Sakura to back off, Sakura had all but gotten use to it by now with him as she continue pestering him. He quickly stopped and turned towards her a dead on glare making her stop in her tracks when suddenly "E….Excuse me?" his eyes shot towards the voice as he saw, it was Hinata he had accidentally stopped infront of her door.
Hinata stepped out to see what the noise was that disturbed her on this Friday night watching her favorite show. She was wearing a white button up pajama what wasn't to tight or to loose on her that didn't reveal her body which is what she liked along with her feet length pajama bottoms. Sasuke soon gained in idea as he turned towards her bowing down, both girls caught off guard by his action "I am sorry for disturbing you Hinata-san but if it isn't to much trouble may I please stay here for a while to finish up on my studies, If you cannot I completely understand" A light blush crept across her face, Hinata never had a guy over to her place especially a popular guy like Sasuke who was known throughout the dorm as Top Male Student "Ah what Sasuke-kun you can study at my dorm if you like!" Sakura shrieked as she heard what Sasuke asked, she looked at Hinata with such anger in her eyes warning her not to accept. Hinata knew the problems Sasuke had with girls left and right never leaving him alone, she let down a loud gulp as she said "o….of course Sasuke-san….p…..please come in…" and with that he hurried inside beside her.
Sakura couldn't believe her eyes and ears Sasuke wanting to go into that little bookworms place instead of her's was literally a slap in the face as she ran towards her door rage filling up in her eyes "Ah BUT SASUKE-KUN!" and with that the door was slammed and locked in front of her face "oh…S…Sasuke-san I do not think….t…that was…." "She will be fine" Sasuke said his eyes never leaving the door for a few mins, he soon turned to Hinata and a very light tint of pink blush crept across her face, Hinata didn't wear her hair up this time but it was loose and hanging. Her hair glowing black and blue against the light in her living room, her glasses on the side of the table giving him a good view of a face, perfectly proportioned with a slightness of chubby cheecks but the weird thing was, it looked cute on her. Last but not least what caught his attention the most was her eyes as white as the moon but with a tint of lavender hidden inside of them, he didn't realize that he has been staring at her for quiet some time 'Cute'Was what Sasuke caught as he shook his head away from the thought, Him Uchiha Sasuke, the rough and tough man that was never nice to a female that drooled over him in this school, thinking a little bookworm was cute! He must be sick catching something from Sakura when she touched him "um…h…here is my table Sasuke-san You may use it for your studies….d…do not mind…..the junk on…..t..the table…..t..that is just my roommate…t….TenTen-chan things" She said as she smiled at him
His eyes widen with slight shock as he turned his head away from her quickly taking a seat and continuing his studies, Hinaat took a seat on her couch and continued watching her favorite show. Sasukes eyes seem to be shooting back between his atudies and Hinata for some strange reason he could not figure out, he let out a long sigh as he thought 'What have I just done…'(A/N: Hello hello hello everyone! Yes this is a new story it don't mean I will ignore the rest but this one has been bugging me for DAYS now begging me to write it Tee hee, its for Sasuke and Hinata Fans if you don't like SasuHina I suggest you don't read hope you enjoy look out for chap two Byez!)
