The first time I saw him I found him to be a wimp. I, the Hurricane Bomber who had been an outcast from the underworld for being an illegitimate child had been seen as the worst. I wanted to see just then how great the people of Vongola would be, especially this new rumoured Vongola Decimo. Just what kind of a person is he? Is he stronger than me? Not to mention, he was the same age as me. What about him made people talk about him? What was it that was so different that I couldn't have?
Then I transferred to his school. Honestly, school was a riot. I could even do things that the University professors throw at me, what more of school? When I prepared myself to meet this great Don to be, I was a little taken back.
First, the boy had no charisma of a Don, next he looks like a victim of bully and third I doubt he has ever fought in his entire life. Was this the same boy everyone in the Mafia was talking about? I scoffed. Seriously, there was nothing great about him. I hated him there and then.
After teasing him with a threat, I sat down at my desk. The boy seemed so frightened and weak. How could such a weakling become the Vongola Decimo?
Then I fought with him. To my surprise he saved me. I was touched. In my entire life, there was no one who showed me kindness. My nickname was gained after risking my life to complete mission. In that world, no one accepted you for who you were, only your accomplishments. However, this weak person here who doesn't fight back saved my life and accepted me for who I was despite me being harsh to him.
I decided to follow this man to the very end… the only man who had truly cared for me and accepted me. He doesn't need to know anything else. If the Mafia world is a place that is harsh, I will shield him from all harm. I shall be his right hand and protect this light. He is my sky that has finally returned to me ever since the death of my mother, the only one who truly accepted me. My only sky... and I intend to keep this vow till the end of time.
