Colonel Roy Mustang a tall young man with black hair and eyes. At the age 26 he became the youngest colonel in the military. Now 29 and working at eastern HQ. some of the higher ups of Mustang as a deride and the faster you clime the faster you fall. while others take him as a more tangible threat. Most of the time they talk about how parsimony the military is over a game of chess. the General will sometimes call Mustang a advocate when they talk about Mustangs goal to become fuhrer, the head of the military. The General is real euphony about Mustangs dream. Sometimes the General will divert the conversation to about how hard the work load will be when Mustang and his team are transferred which is in a couple of weeks to Central HQ. After the chess game first Lt. Riza Hawkeye, the General's granddaughter and Mustang's aid/second in command, will comply with Mustang to do his paperwork.
