For the first time in her life Rubyspear was somewhat afraid, because inside of her cell on Nemesis was standing Soundwave. No, she wasn't fearing some decepticon freak, but... He just stood there with his facescreen blank that was facing her and he was purring. That was really creepy for her and it was bringing back memories of last battle where she was caught by 'cons.
- FlashBack -
- Ruby, you are covering the right flang. Arcee, you are to the left. Bumblebee, you are in the centre with me.
- Optimus, incoming! - Bulkhead yelled from the nearby cliff.
- Are you ready?
- Of course.- Arcee replied very shortly.
- Beep beep (Okay, Optimus).
- Yayz! We are going to kick some decepti-afts!
- Ruby, please, just focus. You know, sometimes you act like Miko.
- I do not!
- Yes, you certainly do. Now, focus. Our mission is to find the artifact and stop decepticons from taking it. Do you understand me soldier?- The look in Optimus' clear blue eyes made Rubyspear to straighten up and put on a serious face.
- Yes, Prime.

Suddenly she was jerked out of her thoughts when she felt something on her body. Ruby opened her optics to see tentacles circling her. It was very disturbing, but she put on an annoyed face.
- What are you doing Decepticreep? Get away from me!
Soundwave's tentacles stopped their doing and then he slid his mask.
To say that Rubyspear was surprised would be an understatement. Seeing the most handsome faceplate in her life and looking into those violet optics sent her into shock. And then...
- I will not do such thing. I will be enjoying you, my prize.
- FlashBack -
- Take it, you bastard! - The flute's trill smashed against vehicon's chestplate and sent him flying across the field.
- Ruby, right behind you!
- What? - She turned around in time to see another 'con advancing on her, - Take this!
Several moments later she heard Megatron's voice :
- Soundwave, get the relic and take it on Nemesis.
- Affirmative. - That monotone voice always gave her the creeps but Rubyspear didn't let it to stop her.
She ran towards the artifact and when she neered it, Ruby sent the trill from her flute to Soundwave. But instead of damage it just absorbed into his armour.
- It's impossible! How could you...
And then everything went black.

Violet optics stared into hers.
- Wha-what d-do you mean enjoying?
The corners of decepticon's lips rised up in smirk and he answered:
- I will be enjoying making you scream my name.
And he closed the distance between them.
