Hi to those, if any, that still reads this little story of mine. I would just like to say that I'm going to rewrite this and probably combine a few chapter to make them longer and I'm pretty sure I'm going to actually finish this story before the years up, if my school and/or work doesn't take up too much of my time. lol

I would also like to apologize to everyone that has ever bothered read this fanfic of mine, I honestly kind of forgot about it, plus the chapters I had originally written was lost with my old computer, so that also added to motivation loss as well. Oh well, enough excuses, my English has gotten better since my last update so I hope it will show and that people will still like it.

Chapter 1 – Meetings and lesson troubles (Originally chapter 1 &2)

So you think your life's tuff? Well, try to be an angel who's in love with her supposed arch enemy. Who lives in a world where everybody is all peachy and trying to pretend like every thing's alright, when in reality there's a war going on. Who is destined to become the queen of a world based on lies, love, hate and prejudice. She feels like she rather run away, then become leader of all this, but knows she can't. She has her whole life here, her family, her friends, her home... Her love is also a future leader, but he will lead the devils. Aside from this fact she knows very little of his home world.

The funny thing is that the hated each other at first, and now they can't live without the other one. But unfortunately they have to keep their relationship a secret. They have secret meetings almost every day, mostly early in the morning, but sometimes late at night. And our story actually begins with one of these meetings...

Wedding Peach waited just outside the angel's domain along with her trusted friend and confidant Jama-P. It was a very early morning, around four, give or take a few minutes. The sun was just rising in the east and the day's first sunrays were warming up the outback and the wild region of the angel world. There was a light breeze which made her long, pink hair blow in her face lightly. She stood under an old oak tree with Jama-P sleeping in her arms. He had fallen asleep again roughly five minute ago (AN: And who could blame him? It's 4 in the morning for crying out loud!). There wasn't a sound except the leaves blowing in the wind and Jama-P's light snoring.

'I wonder where he is? He's never late, I hope he's okay...' she thought with a deep sigh.

Suddenly out of nowhere someone asked. "You haven't missed me to much have you?"

Peach immediately looked in the direction off the voice. "Viento!" She cried happily, dropping poor Jama-P in her excitement and running in to his open arms. "You are late!" A small playfully pout crossed her face.

"Sorry, but you know as well as I do that devils don't trust each other very much", Viento answered solemnly. "They almost caught me this time".

Before Peach could reply she felt something pull a little at her skirt. "Excuse me, lady Peach for ruining your moment, but THAT WASN'T VERY NICE JUST DROPPING ME LIKE THAT!"Jama-P exclaimed loudly.

Peach pulled back from the hug and turned to Jama-P. She offered her small companion an apologetic smile and a little bow. "Sorry, I didn't mean to, it just happened. But I promise that I won't do it again, ok?"

"Good!" The ex-demon returned her smile and assured her he accepted her apology whole heartedly.

Viento silently stepped up to Peach's side. "Jama-P, do you mind going back to the palace? I need speak to Peach alone."

"Oh… well, I needed sleep anyway, see you later lady Peach." With those words, he flew back across the angel world's border. Peach waved to her friend and only when could she no longer distinguish him she turned back to her beloved.

"So what is it that you need to..." That was all she could get out before he covered her lips with his. At first she was too chocked to do anything, but after a few seconds she responded hungrily, tilting her head slightly to deepen the kiss. He wrapped his arms round her waist to pull her closer, and she responded by wrapping her arms around his neck. Then she felt him licking her bottom lip, begging her for accesses, which she gladly gave him. She opened her mouth and he immediately began to explore her mouth with his tongue, which earned him a moan from her. It continued like that for about three minutes before she ended the kiss due to the lack of air.

"… So, I'm guessing that there really wasn't something you needed to speak to me about." Asked Peach once she caught her breath.

"No, not really, I just wanted to be alone with you." Viento answered with a grin.

"Well, I'm glad you did." She said before closing her blue eyes, and enjoyed the moment in her lover's arms. They stood like that for quite some time, occasionally exchanging small kisses or talking softly about all and nothing. Before they knew it, the sun was almost up and they knew that they needed be going back to their own kingdoms.

Slowly they pulled apart until they only thing touching were their hands, which hung loosely between them. The devil price looked towards the horizon and knew what must be said, no matter how much he wished they could stay in this very moment forever.

"I must go now, Peach and so should you." Viento quietly said.

Peach squeezed his hands reassuringly. "I know, and I wish we could have spent more time together… meet me here tomorrow?" The angel princess asked hopefully.

"You know I will, I couldn't bare not to see you for more than a day." He smiled and pulled one of her hands up to his lips to kiss it lightly.

The girl giggled. "I know the feeling." She responded by giving him a quick peck on the lips where upon she turned around and slowly started walking back into angel territory, her final goal being the royal palace in the far distance. The devil watched her awhile longer before he finally started the slightly longer journey to his own home in the devil's world.

It did take some time, but soon enough she had managed to get back to the palace without any complications. The old secret pass way she always used to sneak in and out through was open and clear of guards. She let out a small breath of relief as she went up to it and pressed a hidden switch. The door opened and she hurriedly got in and securely closed it behind herself. As she came out of the tunnel she ended up on the second floor of the place next to an old statue of her aunt, Aphrodite, former queen of Angel World. She knew she was close now, but didn't yet dare let down her guard; she looked both left and right before carefully going to the right where the closest stairway was.

The princess had remained unseen as she snuck through the, thankfully, mostly empty hallways, she had a few close calls, such as almost bumping head first into a half asleep guard or knocking down a vase. However, as she had done this too many times to count, it didn't take her long to figure out a way out of possible trouble. And before the girl knew it, she stepped into her room. The adrenaline which fueled her successful return soon wore off and she suddenly felt exhausted. She knew she should change out of her clothing, but decided not to in favor of getting to sleep faster. As soon as Peach reached her bed she fell upon it and immediately fell asleep.

About two hours later her two best friends came in to wake her for their first lesson for the day. You might wonder why they have lessons, but the answer was simple enough. Naturally, a princess needed to possess great knowledge about everything from diplomacy to ancient history. This will guide her in the future so she hopefully can make the right decisions and lead her kingdom with wisdom, care and justice towards her people. As for her friends, she convinced them to come as well, since she didn't want suffer through it alone.

One of them just knocked and walked right in without any sort of regard.

"Peach, are you up yet?" A girl with short green hair and brown eyes asked. Her name was Daisy.

"Daisy, that was very rude!" reprimanded another girl with long brown hair and green eyes. Her name was Lily. "You are supposed to knock and wait, not just walk right in!"

"Whatever you say, Lily." Daisy said with a roll of her eyes.

Then they finally noticed Peach sleeping form, who somehow managed to sleep through their ruckus.

"What, she's not up yet! She's always up by now…" A deep frown graced Daisy's face. "And she still got her clothes... But wait a minute now, I saw her go to bed in her nightgown!"

"You are right... but we have to ask her about it later, because our lesson begins in ten minutes! We have to wake her, quick!" Answered Lily, who had started to panic a little bit, because she was never late for a lesson and she definitely didn't want to start with it now.

"Leave it to me." Daisy smirked as she walked over to peach bed and yelled in her ear "WAKE UP; SLEEPY HEAD!"

And wake up she did. Peach flew out of bed faster than you could say 'help' and landed in a not so flattering pile on the floor. There was a lot of laughing, yelling and mediating, but let's just say that Peach was really mad and leave it at that.

When Lily had eventually calmed her down and Daisy apologized, Peach quickly brushed her hair and stepped into her private bathroom to freshen up a bit. Once done, they all ran towards the classroom, where they spent most of their school time. There were however a few other rooms they had lessons in, like for example a training room and the ballroom for magic practice and dance lessons respectively. Still, most subjects didn't need a specific equipment or a ridicules amount of space, hence the multifunction classroom was used for most subjects.

They made it just in time which, Lily thanked the gods and goddesses for. They all gratefully took their seats and caught their breaths. Their first lesson for the day was history.

"Good morning, girls." Their teacher, Miss Angela, greeted politely. They responded in turn before she continued. "Today we will talk about how the Angel Kingdom came to be. Almost 3000 years ago the first angel..."

That was really all that Peach heard, the rest just sounded like bla, bla, bla… Since she hadn't gotten any real sleep last night, it came as no surprise that she was fighting to keep her eyes open. She managed almost half an hour before she couldn't take it anymore and promptly fell asleep. The lecture continued for a total of seven minutes before the teacher seemed to realize that the angel princess had indeed fallen asleep on her.

'This is the sixth time this week that she blacked out during my lectures, something must be seriously wrong here... ' Angela thought to herself, worried for royal student.

"Peach!" the teacher said while and shook her gently.

"Just five more minutes..." Came the groggy reply.

"WEDDING PEACH, wake up this instant, young lady!" The teacher said a bit louder.

"Huh?" Was all Peach said when she finally woke up. She yawned and rubbed one of her eyes.

"You fell asleep again…" Whispered Daisy with a slight touch of concern.

"Oh, I'm sorry Miss Angela, it won't happen again!" Replied Peach, a little guilty that she had fallen asleep yet AGAIN.

"You have promised that a lot of times Peach, but I'm still waiting for improvement." Angela crossed her arms and prepared to scold her. Though the princess looked even guiltier at this point, this made her prepared speech go up in flames. Instead Angela simply sighed. "Very well, I will let this slid this time as well, but if this happens again you mother will be notified. Is that clear?"

"Yes." Was Peach's instant reply.

"Good, now as I was saying, these times were indeed hard on..."

As Angela talked on and on about the Angel World's history, all Peach kept thinking about was that it was too close for comfort that her mother would have found out about her so called 'blackouts'. She was only now starting to realize that she had to be even more careful or they might discover her secret...

AN: Well, I hope you like the new, improved and much longer first chapter. It is however combined with the second one, so until the next update, you might want to skip that chapter, though I honestly think you shouldn't read past this for now. XD
