Better than me? It's not that hard. Genetically, I'm you're superior. It's properly fucked that I loved your daughter, especially since your research created me.
You want to make her proud. I think you've already done that. She loved you as her father. She didn't need reasons. She knew you. You're already better than me because of that. She loved someone with a name, not some freakish designation number. Not me.
I loved her. That makes me better, but I'll never admit it. But better than you? No chance. You're human, and I'm not. For Rachel, I would've become one.
