"This is the last time the bitch is gonna raise her voice to me." He muttered to himself as he stomped up the stairs of the old house. The wooden floor boards creaked underneath him, sounding like they were close to breaking. Good, let them break. He had had it for the last time; he was tired of being bitched at for no reason at all.

Just because he wasn't like the rest of them didn't mean he wasn't a person. But that didn't matter to them. His stupid family didn't see the fact others were human. They only saw them as pawns, people to use and then crush. It was a dog eat dog world, and the Blacks always thought they had to be on top.

Never again would he sit at a family dinner and be ridiculed and taunted for his beliefs. He was different from them. He thought she'd be different, hell; she looked different than all of them. But no, she was just like her bloody sister. No wonder Andromeda had run away. He wouldn't be able to take it either.

In his room, he began to throw things in his bag. Not like they'd miss him. They were too busy talking about whatever the hell they talked about. He never listened. No one directed conversation to him unless it was some smartassed taunt or rude comment. It was amazing how much hatred could burn within a family.

Soon enough, he heard light footsteps behind him. "Don't even try to talk to me. I have nothing to say." There was no response; he knew the cold words had probably struck deep inside the heart of the girl. He whipped around, dark hair falling in his eyes. "What? Got nothin' to say now?"

"Siri.." She started, chewing on her bottom lip. As the moonlight shone into the room, her porcelain skin seemed to glow beneath it. "I'm sorry." She offered.

"You're always sorry!" He cried, throwing his hands up in the air. "Wouldn't you think about standing up for me for once? Right. You're too scared to be shunned like I am. You're the perfect little daughter. I'm family too, Narcissa!" He snapped.

"I know you are…but…" She began, but was cut off once more.

"Don't even try to say anything. You're not worth me wasting my breath. I thought you were different, Cissy." He snapped, closing his bag. "I'm leaving."

"Where to?" She asked, looking at him as she held back tears. His words hurt a lot more than she wanted to let on.

"Anywhere away from you and all of them." He said, throwing the bag over his shoulder, pushing past the small blonde as he stormed out the front door, holding back tears of his own.
