Every chapter is a different age and something that happens under that cherry blossom tree. Yep, that's it.
15 years
It was Valentine's Day in Inazuma Town and the air practically carried the smell of love in the air. But Gouenji and Ailana weren't doing the usual Valentine thing. Ailana was following Gouenji's lead.
"Ailana! Follow me!" Gouenji caught her wrist and ran off. Ailana stumbled to catch up.
"What?" she asked. "Where are you taking me?"
"Here," Gouenji said, slowing down. He stopped underneath the large cherry blossom tree in the Inazuma Park.
The tree looked as old as time. Its bark was the darkest brown, the leaves a healthy spring green.
She smiled. "It's pretty."
"This is going to be our secret meeting place." Gouenji smiled back.
She nodded, eyes sparkling.
