A/N: I was chatting to excusemeb about Eric and Pam in the '70s and this (very silly and slightly OOC) little idea wouldn't leave me alone. It was also partially inspired by a scene in The Nanny. Hope you enjoy!

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

Busted

4AM and all was quiet.

Fangtasia was closed and completely deserted, save for Eric who had stayed behind to finish up the accounts.

He shut the lodger with an audible thud before locking it in his desk drawer. Eric had a deep seated mistrust of computers, ever since he'd pressed the wrong button and wiped the entire computer memory by mistake.

Pen and paper had always worked for him in the past and he wasn't about to change that now.

No matter what Pam said.

He turned off his desk lamp and flexed his shoulders.

Closing his office door behind him, Eric made a final sweep around the club: checking the doors and windows were locked and that someone had remembered the clean up after the Hen's Party that had visited that evening.

His tasks done, Eric surreptitiously looked around him before moving over to the music mixer. Selecting his own private music folder he moved to the middle of the dance floor as the music began to play.

Doing his own rendition of the two-step, Eric began to croon along with the music.

"Love me or leave me, make your choice but believe me
I love you
I do, I do, I do, I do, I do
I can't conceal it, don't you see, can't you feel it?
Don't you too?
I do, I do, I do, I do, I do…
"

Lost in the music, Eric didn't notice the front door open as someone else entered Fangtasia; they stopped short when they caught sight of him dancing.

"Oh, I've been dreaming through my lonely past
Now I just made it, I found you at last
So come on, now let's try it, I love you, can't deny it
'Cos it's true
I do, I do, I do, I do, I do…
"

Eric executed a particularly complicated dance move and found himself face to face with Pam.

He came to an abrupt stop and tried to regain his composure, Pam merely raised an eyebrow.

Eventually, Eric broke the silence: "You realise that now I have to kill you."

A/N: My apologies that it's so short - I tried really hard to continue this, but nothing seemed to work(!). The song is ABBA's 'I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do' in case you're wondering... :P
