As I awoke to the bright sun in my face I could feel a pair of eyes staring at me. I was entranced by how green they were and then it all went black.
"Emma! Hurry up mum's almost done with breakfast you'll be late for school." I grumbled in the week I had been having that dream I never got to see his whole face. At least I think it's a he. I got out of bed much to Adriana's joy. I looked down I was still in my plaid pajama pants and gray tank top.
"Adriana do you want to braid my hair?"
She nodded eagerly. Adriana was a very good braider at age eight and I couldn't imagine living without her. I clambered through my messy room to my closet. I pulled out my combat boots, a pair of baby blue jeans, and my floral lace shirt. When I was done dressing I sat down on my bed.
"Close your eyes. I want it to be a surprise." she demanded.
I shut them. I could feel her tiny fingers going through my honey blonde hair. The eyes were burned in my memory. I needed to know whose they were.
"All done" she yelled while skipping back downstairs. I walked over to the mirror my hair was in a Katniss braid and she had put a few daisy's here and there. That girl amazed me and how did she get daisy's in the 15 minutes it took her to braid my hair.
"Emma, Breakfast!" mom called. I raced down the stairs and sat at the table.
"Scrambled eggs and sausage for Adriana. And fried eggs and bacon for Emma. Now hurry up and eat before your late for the bus." mom mumbled between eating and getting ready for work. I scarfed down the rest of my food as I heard the bus. I ran outside with just enough time to hop on the bus before it rolled away
