A/N: My first completed fanfic ever. Review is loved! Anyway, enjoy!
It was early 2006 and Hankyung was so happy at that time. They had debuted as Super Junior and gaining popularity. For the first time finally Hankyung could go back to China. There's no escaping the smile that gracing up his face the moment he saw Hankyung smile. Therefore, the smile of relief and happiness was the only expression he wore whenever Hankyung talked excitedly about China's air and family and friends, and how happy he was that finally he could see them. Hankyung's smile can always make his heart melt and flutter warmly in his chest. Hankyung was smiling so much, like he has never felt a single pain, like it was finally worth it. At that time he knew that he would make Hankyung smile like that for as long as he stand by his hyung, and walk this road together.
They all still together and filming EHB. Hankyung's laugh was carefree, ringing in the air and filled his ear with pleasant feeling that run straight to his heart. He watched his hyung with fondness clear in his eyes. Whenever Hankyung was falling, – Hankyung could never laugh without falling – he would catches him and Hankyung's laugh would matched his own in his circle of arm. At that time, for him, Hankyung's laugh is the most beautiful thing he has ever seen. Therefore, he promised that the laugh would last, no matter what will happen in the future.
They were still together, but this time it was just him and Hankyung filming Happy Camp in China. They greeted the fans, thanked them for their understanding towards the group, played, smiled, and laughed together. No problem that the studio had no air conditioner in it, just as it was okay to filming until hours had passed and they had to stand all day, because it was they together. As the end was approaching, he felt his heart ached because he knew there was no way he could give his surprise without Hankyung crying. His voice became cracked and he embraced his hyung with all the strength he had not to cry along with him. Instead, he hugged Hankyung tight and let him cried into his shoulder. This will be the last; he swore to God, this would be the last he saw Hankyung cry, whatever the reason was.
Indeed that was the last time he saw Hankyung cry. Hankyung never cry anymore, not in front him, not in front of anyone. Hankyung was silent and tired, and thought no one would ever understand. He built his own thick wall that Siwon could not go through, that no one can either. When Hankyung stayed behind in China that day, Siwon just thought that maybe Hankyung needed some more time and space so that he could smile and laugh again. Therefore, the next day when the news broke into the media, everyone was speechless. Siwon did not understand, no one understands, but it was too late. There is no way to contact him, to look him in the eyes and asked. Hankyung's eyes never lied, but now he was disappeared.
And that was how it goes. Now it was years and months after Hankyung left. It is still hurt sometimes. But now Siwon understand, he tried hard to understand. Now maybe Siwon can just see him dance on TV, or hear his singing from Geng Xin. It is all okay. As long as Hankyung smile and laugh, for him it did not matter.
