Love Verses Revenge

Sasuke's POV!

I first met Sakura when we were 5. We've been the best of friends ever since. 2 years after we first met, Sakura's father went K.I.A. and my older brother killed my entire clan. Ever sense I have been training very hard so that I can get my revenge and Sakura and I have been very distant. Sakura once tried to get me to stop training because it was getting dark and I had been out there for about 5 hours. That night I had gotten out of control and hit her. I then swore at that moment that I would never hurt her ever again. Only thing is, I will end up hurting her when I leave.

I have been training for the last 8 years. I have finally gotten to the point that I think I am ready to go after him. But I also don't want to hurt Sakura. I love her so very much. But I have to leave.

"Sasuke. Please don't leave me. Stay here." Sakura said in my ear when she came up to me and hugged me from behind.

"You know I have to go." I said looking into her tear filled eyes.

"If you go, you will loose me forever. I will not stay and have to pray every day that you are safe and he didn't kill you. I will not stay by your side if you choose to go through with killing someone. I don't care who or what they did but you will never see me again if you take one step out of the village." She said this and made me stop in my tracks.

What should I do? Should I choose revenge over the one thing I love the most? She is the last person that truly loves me. If I choose revenge, I may never see the love of my life ever again.

"What would you do if I stayed?" I asked.

"I would love you and marry you if you asked. I would help restore your clan. We could be happy. Just like we used to be when we first met."

"That was the answer I was looking for." I said this and walked up to her and kissed her. "I would never leave if it meant that I would loose you. You know that.

I decided that day that love was more important than revenge. Sakura and I got married a month after and now we are expecting twin girls. We even decided on the names already.
