The Doctor entered the TARDIS and ran across the console room spilling all the supplies he had gotten from Pete's mansion as he heard Rose's grunt. She was bent over and had sat on the stool, panting.
"What is it?" the Doctor asked panicked. "Is it a contraction?"
"Don't freak about it, Doctor…" Rose said in a reassuring voice. "I'm OK. Just had one of those moments." Rose touched her big belly and smiled. "It's kicked a lot these days…"
The Doctor smiled too. "Oh, and who's my baby boy," he said in a comically baby voice and caressing her belly.
Rose's smile with the tongue to the side: "Who said it was a boy?"
The Doctor looked at Rose with shiny eyes. "I'll kick you out if it isn't."
She laughed and stood up.
The Doctor frowned. "Where are you going?"
"Make the delivery," Rose called over her shoulder, as she walked slowly towards the telephone on the TARDIS.
"What? So soon?" he exclaimer alarmed.
Rose narrowed her eyebrows. "Well… yeah." She started to press a phone number.
"But isn't it supposed to go for a couple of weeks more?"
"You'll survive, Doctor. It isn't that bad."
"I've heard lots of awful stuff about that! You know?"
Rose looked at her wristwatch. "Five minutes it is," Rose laughed as she talked on the phone. "OK, I'll be there in a sec."
She hanged up and started to set the TARDIS to a new destination. "It can't be that bad just because other people say so…"
"It really is bad!"
As the TARDIS stopped rocking from the trip through the vortex she said: "Don't say it in front of her!"
"Why? She won't even feel a thing! You're the one who's going to be in pain!"
As Rose opened the door and exited towards a white house in the middle of the fields she frowned. "Who are you talking about?"
The Doctor frowned as well, as Rose rang the doorbell on the house and it was opened by a young girl who smiled at them.
"Rose! Doctor!" she exclaimed.
"How are you, Audrey!" Rose asked.
"Not bad," Audrey Burns responded.
"Well, I'm delivering what you asked me to buy from Santander in Spain," Rose said, getting a box out of her pocket with a necklace in it. "I know your opera concert was in a couple of weeks, but I wanted to make sure it got here safely."
The Doctor rolled his eyes. "That was the delivery…"
"Thank you very much!" Audrey exclaimed looking at the shiny necklace.
As Rose and the Doctor went back to the TARDIS, the Doctor was stopped from entering as Rose laughed and blocked the way.
"What?" he asked, feeling humiliated.
"If you are going to freak out every time I use the word delivery," she said, "when the real delivery comes you're gonna have a heart attack."
"Yeah, yeah," the Doctor said ignorant. "Well, I'm not going to be the one in pain."
She laughed as she entered the TARDIS.
"You'll be sorry for making fun of me!" the Doctor called. "I'll dump you and your child on the road and let you live on yourselves!"
The TARDIS disappeared as the Doctor screamed: "Aah! Someone call a doctor!"
