(Bella's POV)

I rocked in my chair in the room I had all my life. My room in Charlie's house. The room that held too many memories. Too many of him. In my hand was my tattered copy of Wuthering Heights. Then suddenly in felt an unnatural swoosh, the same kind the broke my heart 59 years and 364 days ago. I lifted my gaze and they fell on him. He was here.

There he was. Tears gathered in my wrinkled eyes. This is what I had been waiting for. As I handed him the song lyrics I wrote years ago, we touched. They were colder than I remembered. The song was what I wanted to say to him if we ever met again. I realized now I would have forgiven him in a heartbeat. Too late now. "I still love you, Edward."I closed my eyes and let Death have me. Death was peaceful, easy. Life is harder.
