Write about a canon character's birthday
Rules:
- No lemon, no slash (at a birthday party!)
- Maximum of 115 words, excluding the title and notes. This should be challenging.

A single candle was all he was allowed in tribute to the forgotten day. It flickered violently against the cruel winds of the monsoon season leaking through the cell's gaps, but miraculously did not extinguish.
Every sputter of the flame illuminated her face, exposed in a gallery for only him to see. Polite eyes stared vacantly back, their truest meaning unexposed to the world. Elegant tresses of ebony framed a sharp-jawed face. She was enigmatic.
Nevertheless, it was the only solace these golden eyes had peered upon in a long time. He should be grateful.
Ozai whispered with clandestine affection, his breath only a hair's width away from her lips.
"Happy Birthday, Lady Ursa."
