Sasuke's Hatred: Chapter 1
It was just another ninja training day in Konoha. Naruto was now 17. He had fought Sasuke many times in the past. Then one day Naruto heard a knock on his door. It was Kakashi. He had a letter to give to Naruto. The letter was from… Sasuke. When Naruto read it he felt grief and passion in his heart. The letter stated that he wanted to fight Naruto. He knew that Sasuke had gotten better at using his Sharingan. Knowing Sasuke he probably wouldn't need to use it. Sasuke wanted to fight Naruto in one week. Naruto had hoped that he had become stronger.
Through that entire week Naruto trained as hard as he possibly could. Then the day came when Naruto and Sasuke's fight would begin. Once again they fought at the Valley Of The End. As soon as Naruto saw Sasuke he felt an urge in his heart. "So Naruto I see you haven't changed much"Sasuke said. Naruto could see the hatred in Sasuke's eyes even though he had no feelings. He knew that Sasuke still wanted to avenge his clan by killing Itachi. "Sasuke don't you remember when we fought here when we were kids. Now we have both gotten stronger"Naruto stated. " Naruto I have to kill someone. The person I have to kill is my closest friend. And to me you have become my… closest friend"
" I must kill you because I must obtain something. I have to get to a farther level with my Sharingan" Naruto had to put everything on the line. His friends, his career, and his dream to become Hokage. Naruto knew Sasuke had gotten stronger but he wasn't going to die that easily. Sasuke then jumped into the air and charged chidori at an incredibly fast speed. Within a second he was behind Naruto. Sasuke tore chidori right through Naruto's back. Naruto fell down into the water. " It's over" Sasuke said as Naruto fell. Once again Kyuubi confronted Naruto. " You are still weak after all of these years. I guess I'll lend you some of my power. Suddenly red chakra appeared around Naruto. Naruto learned how to control his four-tailed Kyuubi state.
This was something that Sasuke had never seen before. Sasuke quickly turned into his second level of the curse mark. Sasuke charged his most powerful chidori attack. Naruto made his best blazing Rasengan. They both lunged at each other. The force was so strong that it destroyed The Valley Of The End. The person that had won the battle was… Naruto. Sasuke appeared to be dead, but Naruto knew that Sasuke wouldn't die before he killed brother. Then he painfully walked back to his apartment.
"I know Sasuke wanted to kill me, but I couldn't die right away, could I? I really think Sasuke would have killed me" Naruto thought. With that said Naruto went to bed thinking about the fight he just had with Sasuke. "To me you have become my closest friend" Sasuke said over and over in Naruto's mind. "I can't believe Sasuke actually said that to me" Naruto thought. "Maybe Sasuke doesn't have any other friends besides me. I guess to me, he's the only friend he has" Naruto said to himself. Naruto went to sleep picturing the battle in his head for the entire night.
