Paradise Found.
I can feel his even breathing. Seto is still asleep. Always, always, I wake first. I can't help it. I can feel his heart beat. Thump. Thump. Thump. His arms are around my waist, so it's not like I can get up. I can't even move. He's a very light sleeper. Plus, Seto doesn't sleep enough, so in his arms I'm stuck. Not that I mind.
This circle of paradise is one I can only find here. In this bed, in his arms. Here, I feel completely at peace. There's no psycho yami I have to keep tabs on. No homework I have to worry about. I don't even have to fret about what everyone else might think if they ever found out. Initially, some of it was that. The fact that Seto could make everyone look unimportant if they shunned me. Now, I'm head over heals in love. Forever.
"Koi? Are you awake?"
Seto's arms tighten around me, drawing me closer. I sigh, and tilt my head so it's against his chest. It was a silly question. I was always awake before he was.
"Yes."
I think I'm lucky. Having someone who is so willing to love me this deeply. All I know is that I'm sure I've found my paradise.
