The year was 2071
Jet black was currently on ship leaving one of the moons of Jupiter
While he was flying (or whatever you call it in space) he had a flashback to what had happened earlier that day, or night, or, AAAHHHA! Why must time zones in space be so complex
*flashback*
The conversation went like this
Jet:i've decided to leave the force
Boss:what! Why?
Jet:it's just not my kinda thing anymore, Plus I've already made up my mind so, ya know
Boss:well i guess there's no point in stoping you, your free to go.

of cocourse jet had to finish his break up with his girlfriend. After that little episode he took his money and bought a big ship called the bebop.
After that he set off on his knew what he wanted to be, a bounty Hunter! He knew where too look for his first jog, he was assigned to catch a criminal named spike Spiegel
when he arrived on mars he looked every where, until he found spike, outside haveing a drink with a worried look on his face. Jet didn't think much of it. All he did was walk up to him and said"spike, im here to take you in"
