Lux paddled down the river surreptitiously, holding her staff tight and holding her breath. A buzz on her mind alerted her of an unknown presence approaching her steadily, their curse still not clear. She immediately pondered about what she should do next and decided to blend in amongst the moisty shrubbery behind her. The rift scuttler was there pilfering fruits from a random plant and she held back the urge to shoo it off with a bulb of light. She wasn't in need of healing, anyways!

Her pulse settled down and her senses expanded. There weren't any warnings from her allies which worried her. They couldn't possibly have been taken down or else she would've known it. It was likely her enemy was on the verge of popping in sight.

She waded through the bank of the river, exasperation overcoming her and coercing her legs to move. Everything went dead silent, she almost choked on her throat. What the hell! Where were all the yammering and dust-up noises?! She was seriously starting to consider tearing off from there to the safety around the tower in botlane when she heard it. A footfall, well or what it sounded like it.

Her eyes almost propelled out of her visage when she spun around and ran into a broad chest and a pair of arms, which muffled her air out in a crushing hug. She was flabbergasted for an instant before twigging. She made and effort not to shrill.

"R-R-Rakan!" She, however, warbled. She perked up into his splashed-by-dew intense blue eyes. He beamed. "What on Earth are you doing?!" She queried, already trying to break free from his embrace.

"I missed you!" He harnessed with a snigger, marvelling at her antics. He then proceeded to snuggle with her neck, not waiting for an answer.

Lux felt she'd grown a second head.

"No!" She pulled off silently. They wrestled for a jiffy before the mage snatched his face away by his flurry ears. "You're the enemy, MY enemy! I am to eradicate your nexus!" She explained whilst endeavouring to overlook the adorable and hurt look Rakan shot her upon being tug on his ears.

His lugs flopped winsomely. Lux's lower lip wavered.

"But I haven't touched you all day… I've already forgotten what it feels like caressing your skin…" He whined. He looked like a stray mutt by the way he looked at her. She'd just deprived him from his meal.

That didn't sound nice.

"Well, if you'd waited for the end of the match, then it would have been better." She sighed, tired. She hated herself for folding in to his behaviour. He was something else.

"I couldn't! I tried, but not even jeering your brother amuses me anymore!" He rambled.

Lux blanched.

"You picked on Garen? I told you not to! He will kill you!" She panicked. "That's it, as soon as we're finished here, you'll go in a beeline to apologize to him!" She demanded, holding her arms akimbo.

"Yes, yes, as your wish." He conceded, slanting over her again and stifling her chest with brawny arms. "You let me hold you for a moment."

"…Alright." She yielded, leaning onto his chest and blurring any dirty thought that may race inside her mind. She shall be prim!

The rift scuttler basked in the spectacle while chewing on fruit.
