YO, party people, what is up, I hope your having a good day, this is your boy Fictionis1 or Fic and this here is a brand new, Fan fiction story line that I have been itching to type up and now I am bringing it to you, this is about probably one of the greatest anime in fiction, RWBY, to those who have watched it, this will be a retelling with twists and turns added by me, changes in the story line and my own personal additions in characters and the lore of RWBY, but for those who haven't seen it, I should warn you there might be spoilers up ahead, but if your cool with that, then seat back and enjoy

"Legends, stories scattered through time, man-kind has grown found of recounting the exploits of heroes and villains, forgetting so easily that we are remnants, byproducts of a forgotten past, man born from dust was strong, wise and resourceful but he was born into an unforgiving world, an inevitable darkness, creatures of destruction, the creatures of Grimm set their sights on man and all of his creations, these forces clashed and it seemed the darkness was set on returning man's brief existence to the void, however the smallest spark of hope is enough to ignite change, and in time, man's compassion, resourcefulness and ingenuity lead them to the tools needed to even the odds, this power was appropriately named "Dust" natures wrath in hand, man lit their way through the darkness and in the shadows absence came strength, civilization and most importantly…life…but even the most brilliant lights flicker and die and when they are gone, darkness will return, so you may prepare your guardians, build your monuments to a so called free world but take heed, there will be no victory in strength"

"Maybe…but you seem to have forgotten, according to prophecy, in our darkest hour, a group of young warriors would fight for us in our darkest hour, to bring about a new era of hope and prosperity, free of the Grimm that they would be the pillars for the new world to flourish…but their road to being legends wouldn't be an easy one, it would be paved with bloodshed, tragedy and sacrifice
In the city of Vale, all is peaceful and quiet near a small shop called "From dust till dawn" then a figure walked down one of the streets, this figure was a little taller than Ruby Rose, his hair is pure white that reached in-between his shoulder blades, skin is mixed and his eyes are deep, forest green (He is also wearing the assassins robes of Connor Kenway from "Assassin's creed 3" but the top half was like Connor's animal skin hood from "Assassin's creed 3 the tyranny of George Washington") this figure's name is Geo Thawn who parked his bike and dismounted it
*Hmm, I wonder if my new comics are in* Geo thought to himself as he entered store and was greeted by the old man running the place
"Good evening, welcome to "From dust till dawn" He greeted his customer
"Evening, might you point towards your comic book section" Geo asked him
"Right back there, in the corner" The shop owner answered, pointing in the direction he mentioned
"Thank you" Geo replied as he walked back the spot the shop owner pointed towards and he looked through the selection of books before he spotted what he was looking for
"Ah, here we are" Geo said as he and someone else reached for the book and their hands slightly touched, he and the girl instantly pulled back and Geo spotted a girl, with light red and black hair and silver eyes in a red cloak and hood
"Oh, excuse me" They both said at the same time
"Were you looking for that book" The girl asked him
"Well, no, the comic books are in this same section, you're into the weapon books" He asked her
"Yeah, been waiting months for this" She replied
"Then by all means, be my guest" He told her, the girl then picked up the magazine and started reading it
"I knew I wasn't the only one" The boy muttered
"Excuse me" The girl asked him
"Normally, I'm one of the few who reads those kinds of magazines…when I'm not reading comic books, of course, not many people appreciate a good weapon these days" He told her, she was surprised at this
"You what" She asked him
"I appreciate well designed and crafted weapons, that's why I read those magazines" He repeated
"You…do" She asked him
"Yeah, a lot of people don't appreciate a finely crafted weapon…to me a weapon isn't just a tool, it's like" She was about to say
"An extension of yourself, of your skill, you feel like the weapon is a part of who you are" Geo finished her sentence
"Wow…I thought I was the only one who thought that" She replied, Geo then held his hand out to her
"Names Geo…Geo Thawn" He introduced himself, Ruby then took and shook his hand
"Ruby Rose" She told him, suddenly, Geo then felt like something was about to happen
"W-was it something I said" Ruby asked him
"Front door" Geo muttered as he looked around the corner and saw that these guys in black and red, led by a guy in white and had a bolder hat on
"What's that" Ruby whispered to Geo
"Smells like trouble" Geo whispered back
"Do you know how hard it is to find a dust shop open this late" The white clothed man asked the shop owner as one of his goons pointed a gun at the old man
"Just take my money, take whatever you want" The old man said
"Shh, shh, shh, shh, calm down, we don't want your money…grab the dust" The white suited man told his goons as they went to the dust venders and filled them with dust, another goon then put a briefcase on the front counter and opened it
"Crystals, now, unscratched or charred" The goon told the old man as he started loading the case up with dust crystals
"We gotta do something" Ruby whispered to Geo as she walked away from him
"Ruby, RUBY, WAIT" Geo whispered/yelled but she didn't listen, Geo then sighed, one of the goons then spotted her coming towards him
"Hey, what are you" The guy was about to say before Ruby slugged him so hard that he went flying back, it caught the attention of the white suited man, he then motioned for his boys to take care of whoever slugged the other guy but Ruby tackled them so hard she and the guy went flying through the front window and onto the streets, the goons and Geo looked at the size of the scythe that Ruby was holding, black and red
"WHOA" Geo muttered in amazement
"Well…GET HER" The white suited man told his goons as they drew their guns and sword to fight but Ruby made quick work of them
"Hmm, not bad" Geo stated, eventually the white suited man was all that was left with the suitcase
"So, hard to find good help these days…well, Red, as much as I would love to stay and sort this out…but this" The white suited man stated as he pointed his normal-looking walking cane at her before the end of the cane opened, Geo's knew what was gonna happen, he then sprinted at great speed and drew his huge blade on his back
"Is where we depart" Roman finished before he shot a projectile at her
"WATCH IT" Geo yelled as he got in the path of the blast and grabbed Ruby, protecting her but instead of the blast hitting them, they felt nothing, Ruby had her eyes closed but opened them to see that her and Geo were glowing a bright, blue color, Geo then let go of her and they both turned back to their normal color
"Ruby, you okay" Geo asked her
"Yeah, I'm fine" Ruby answered as they looked around and saw the robber was making a run for it, Ruby then looked at the shop owner and Geo spotted him as well
"You mind if I go after him" Ruby asked him, he then shook his head no before she ran off, Geo then walked up next to the shop owner
"Sorry about the mess" Geo told him
"Not your fault" He replied, Geo then gave him some money from his wallet
"This should pay for the damages, again, sorry about this" He told him before he ran off after Ruby who was looking at a helicopter that the white suited man boarded to make his getaway
"Ta-ta Red" He told Ruby as he tossed a red dust crystal that landed at her feet
"RUBY WATCH OUT" Geo yelled as he moved at high speeds, and shielded her before the crystal exploded however he wasn't fast enough to do what he did to them earlier
"WAHOOOOOO" The white suited man yelled before he realized that a purple energy shield covered the two, Geo then looked to see a middle-aged woman with blond hair (Glynda Goodwitch) who protected them with an energy shield
"Whoa" Ruby muttered as she and Geo stared at the woman
"Shit…WE GOT A HUNTRESS" The white suited man told the helicopter pilot, who was a woman, he then took control of the chopper and she walked into view of the huntress and the two teenagers
"Both of you, stay back" Glynda told the youngsters, the two then went at it with fire and telekinetic might, Ruby then intervened with shots from her weapon but the woman on the helicopter blocked every shot before she retaliated with a big ball of fire only for Geo to get in the way and held out his arms towards it and a barrier of bright blue color appeared to block it before
"BACK AT'CHA" Geo yelled as he threw a right punch and the fireball was reflected from the blue barrier but while the woman was shocked, she blocked it before they took off, Geo then turned to look at Ruby
"You good" Geo asked Ruby
"Yeah, THAT…was amazing" She told him
"Ah, it was nothing" He replied, the two then looked at the huntress in front of them
"You're a huntress" Ruby told Glynda who stared at the young lady
"Yes" Glynda stated
"CAN I HAVE YOUR AUTOGRAPH" Ruby asked her in a real fangirl type of voice, making Geo chuckle
*Well, at least she's got a sense of humor* Geo said in his mind
(Police station)
The robbers of the store were taking into custody and got a full statement from the shop owner but both Geo and Ruby was seating in an interrogation room waiting for Glynda to come in a speak to them
"Sorry I got you into this" Ruby told Geo
"Why, ain't your fault, you want someone to blame, blame those guys who started the mess" Geo told her
"Tell me about it, here we are, minding our own business and then they show up and" Ruby was about to say
"For lack of a better phrase, starting shit" Geo stated
"Exactly" She answered, after a few minutes of silence, Ruby spoke up
"Hey, what exactly did you do to us when that guy blasted us on the street" She asked him
"Oh, that's my think, my semblance, I can become intangible and create certain things out of thin air" He answered
"What, like you can go through walls" She asked
"More like temporarily become immune to physical damage, but it puts a strain on me the more I use it" He explained
"That is seriously cool" Ruby told him
"Not as cool as YOU, kicking their asses with that GIANT-SIZED scythe in your hands, you looked like a natural with that thing" He told her, the two shared a nice laugh before Glynda came into the room, she circled the youngsters a few times with a pad device in her left hand, after a long, awkward silence, Glynda spoke up
"I hope you both realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly, you two put yourselves and others in great danger" Glynda told them
"THEY STARTED IT" Ruby replied
"You said it" Geo told Ruby
"If it were up to me…you would both be sent home…with a pat on each back" Glynda started as Ruby smiled
"And a slap on the wrist" Glynda finished as she took her stick in her right hand and slapped it on the table where Ruby and Geo's hands were
"AAH" Ruby yelped as she retracted her hand along with Geo
"HEY…take it easy, lady…we were just trying to help after all" Geo defended Ruby
"Young man, please, don't encourage her" Glynda told the boy
"Why, for doing something right, a wise man once said those with the power to take action has the responsibility to take action…if I was her, I would do the same thing, it was the right thing to do, wither you admit it or not" He told Glynda, leaving her and Ruby paused at his words
"Brave words, mister…Thawn, was it" She asked him
"Geo Thawn" Geo clarified
"Back on topic…I would do what I told you both I would do…but, there' someone here who would like to meet both of you" Glynda told Ruby, then the door to the room opened and from it, Ozpin stepped in with a plate full of cookies
"Ruby Rose" Ozpin stated as he got a closer look at Ruby
"You…have silver eyes" Ozpin stated
"Umm" Ruby stated with no idea what was going on, Ozpin then turned to Geo
"And Geo Thawn…you've got quite a reputation under your belt, young man…the last Indian in all the land" Ozpin told him
"Indian" Ruby asked him
"People who like closer to nature and normal animals than anyone else does" Geo answered
"And are much older people than everyone else in the world, Geo is quite possibly the last of his kind" Ozpin replied before he motioned Glynda for something, she then showed Ruby a touch pad with a recording of what happened at the store with Ruby fighting the goons
"As for you, Miss Rose…where did you learn to do this" Ozpin asked her
"S-Signal academy" Ruby timidly answered
"They taught you how to wield one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed" Ozpin asked her
"Well, one teacher in particular" Ruby clarified
"It's official, Ruby, you are a BADASS" Geo told her, she secretly blushed
"Well, Signal didn't teach everything I know about scythe combat, my uncle mostly taught me" Ruby explained
"I see" Ozpin stated as he placed the plate of cookies on the table, Ruby then timidly reached for a cookie and ate it, before she started devouring the others
"Big cookie fan, are you" Geo asked her, she then nodded with a smile
"It's just that I've only seen one other scythe wielder of that skill…a dusty old crow" Ozpin stated
"Oh, that's my uncle that is" Ruby muttered as she had a mouthful of cookie
"Excuse us" Geo asked her before she swallowed
"Sorry, that's my uncle Qrow, he was one of the teachers at Signal, I was complete garbage before he took me under his wing, now I'm all like WAAAAAAH, AYAHHHHH, HEYAHHH" Ruby said as she moved her hands in the air in fighting-like motions, making Geo chuckle
"So, I've noticed…so, what is an adorable girl, like yourself doing at a school designed to train warriors" Ozpin asked her
"Well…I want to become a huntress" Ruby answered
"You want to slay monsters" Ozpin asked her
"Yeah, I only have two more years at Signal left, then I'm gonna apply to Beacon, my sister's staring there this year and she wants to become a huntress, I'm trying to become a huntress because, I wanna help people , our parents always taught us to help others, so I thought, oh well, why not make a career out of it, I mean, the police are alright but hunters and huntresses are so much more romantic, exciting and cool, YOU KNOW" She asked them
"What did I just hear" Glynda muttered
"And you, mister Thawn" Ozpin asked Geo
"Well…my reason for being here is…somewhat more personal" Geo told him
"Go on" Ozpin told him, Geo then reached for something inside of his coat and presented it to Ozpin, it looked like a ring with a skull on it
"I imagine, you know what this is" Geo told Ozpin as his eyes slightly widened
"Yes…that belonged to your father" Ozpin told him
"Well, as the supposed last of my kind, it was my father's dying wish for me to join Beacon Academy…he passed away three days ago, it took me two days to get here" Geo told Ozpin
"I see…I knew your father well, may his soul rest in peace" Ozpin told him as Geo took his father's ring back
"I'm…I'm sorry Geo" Ruby told him
"Thanks…so that's why I'm here, to honor my father's dying wish, that is, if you will have me" He stated
"So, you two want to come to my school, now do you" Ozpin asked them
"More than ANYTHING" Ruby replied
"One hundred percent" Geo answered, Ozpin then looked towards Glynda and she frowned a bit before crossing her arms under her breasts
"Ruby Rose, Geo Thawn…I would be honored to have you both at my school" Ozpin told her, Ruby was speechless, and Geo smiled before they turned to each other
"ALRIGHT" Geo and Ruby yelled as they high-fived each other
