She was nervous, really nervous. He asked her out, maybe she knew it was going to end as a one night stand. Still, she can't help feel nervous.
Dante was calmly playing his oldest tricks, no matter how old they got they still worked, he could feel her heart thumping, he smirked gently at her, causing herself to flush completely red.
Dinner went silent, she kept herself busy by eating what she ordered, she didn't know what to say, and she was worried this date wouldn't turn out well.
He tried to make conversation, but he saw that she was too preoccupied in eating. He didn't mind that, but she always, seemed to cover her mouth... was she really that embarrassed?
Dinner and Dessert came and go, and now it was time for Dante to shine.
"So... Nice night isn't it?"
"Yes, it...uh.. is!" The girl said unsure if it was the right answer or not.
"..Are you okay? You seem a little bit.. quiet."
"I'm fine.. just nervous is all."
"...Let me take care of that." Dante said, he leaned forward and kissed her gently. They got to deepen it but he pulled away.
"...Wow.." Was all she could barely say..
"Happy.. Birthday.." Dante said, breathing in the words to her ear. He kissed her again, then left, leaving her his phone number.
