How is it that everyone has their school trip slips signed by their parents? How come I can't have parents? Why am I always so lonely? All the years I've lived with no guidance what so ever, except for the schools councillors that don't help one bit. I've always been alone will be forever. The Science trip was coming up about a lecture of diseases throughout the world; this was going to be interesting for a 14 year old kid like me who didn't have many ambitions for the future, I probably wouldn't even have a very good future anyway.
Life in this school wasn't that bad, no one knew who I was, and no one knew about my past except for the teachers, and I wouldn't let anyone know about me, never. I didn't really want anyone feeling sympathy for me so I would lie that my parents work abroad and I live alone, pretty cowardly I guess but it's what I have to do, and I will always do. Today was the school trip to the science lecture; boring but important if you want to do well in school life, so I had to put up with it. Getting to the train station was a nightmare, Mr. Joannou got lost and didn't know where to take us, but we finally found the train. It didn't take that long for us to get to the lecture hall, walking into the hall I observed; it was filled with hundreds of people, well maybe not that much but still.
The lecture began for a few minutes, before it got extremely boring; they were talking about the Chimera virus, a virus which could kill in a matter of hours without a cure for 20 hours. So I excused myself from the lecture, saying I had to go to the loo. Before long the fire bell had rung, oh great what the hell am I suppose to do now? I ran out of the toilets back to the lecture room only to find, some men threatening the host of the lecture, with a gun. I silently crept under the chairs so I couldn't be seen.
"So ... McCoy, what is it then?" A very dark and handsome looking man said, in a Scottish accent, which reminded me of my history teacher.
"Look, take what you want just don't hurt me"
"Looks like you got what you wanted then Sean" The man with sun bleached blond haired, said with an South American Accent, he was immensely handsome with a well defined jaw line and features.
"Give me the Chimera virus now"
Oh my Gosh, they wanted the virus. What the hell were they going to do with it? These people are mental. Suddenly my phone rang off with a message. Oh shit! Why the hell did it have to go off now.
"Who the hell…?" He scowled a bit. "Hugh, go and check who I little visitor is"
The Blond started to pace over the lecture room. I'm in hot water now, I'm such an idiot. I'm probably going to get killed or something.
"Oh…who do we have here then? A little girl hiding somewhere eves-dropping where she isn't supposed to be" The one named Hugh said.
"Hugh, bring her over here"
The blond, came down trying to pull me up from my crouched position, but I just shuffled up. He frowned at my actions, getting annoyed he violently got hold of my arm and yanked me up from my crouched position onto my feet. I'm dead now.
