Chapter 1- The New Kid

Yusei walked into his living room and sat on the couch. *knock, knock* Yusei sighed. He walked to the door and opened it. "Hi." said an unknown voice. "Uh, who are you?" Yusei asked. There stood a girl about 11 or 12 with dark red hair. "I'm Emmi." she said. "OK..." Yusei said, starting to close the door. "Wait!!" she said. "Can I come in?" "No." Yusei replied. "Please???" she asked, once more. Soon the door was closed. Yusei opened the door again and said "Fine. But no messing around." said Yusei. "By the way I didn't catch your name." Emmi said. "It's Yusei." said Yusei. "Ooh. Nice name!!" she said. 'I can't believe I let her in!' said Yusei in his head. "What's this? Is this a card?????" Emmi said. She picked up the card. It said 'Speed Warrior', "Cool!!" and picked up other cards like... 'Junk Synchron, Turbo Booster, Tuning-Ware and much more.' Yusei sighed. Yusei couldn't take it anymore. "Get out." said Yusei. "What?" said Emmi. "Don't play dumb. GET OUT!!" yelled Yusei. "OK, Yusie. Teehee. I called you Yusie, Yusei." laughed Emmi. She walked out the door. Yusei got out his notebook. He started writing 'New girl named Emmi stopped by today, and I kicked her out and' Yusei's eyes started to droop. *snore, snore, snore* Yusei fell asleep.

Yusei woke up at 5:45 P.M. "I think I missed dinner." he said. *knock, knock* 'It better not be Emmi again.' he said in his mind. It was Akiza. "Umm, can I come in?" asked Akiza. "Uh, sure?" he said. "Was that a question?" Akiza asked. "No." said Yusei. "Hmmm...." said Akiza. "Has a girl named Emmi come over to your house yet?" "Yea." said Yusei. "She needs to get up outta here." said Akiza. "You said it." said Yusei. *knock, knock* "UGH!!" yelled Akiza and Yusei. "Hi!!!!" said Emmi. Yusei slammed the door right in her face. "Yusei, I'm not saying I hate her. She's just annoying." said Akiza.
