Hello readers! This is a TWO-SHOT based on the song Hermione Can't Draw from Team Starkid's A Very Potter Sequel. If you have NOT watched it I highly recommend it and it's predecessor A Very Potter Musical. However, it is NOT necessary to have seen that to read this, since it is in canon.

Can't Draw
7 year-old Hermione sat at the big desk in her room with a pencil, a pad of paper, and a how-to-draw book.
"One curving line for the face," she muttered as she tried to draw the character in the book.
"No," she sighed, taking the worn-down eraser and erasing the line, for the 5th time that day.
She re-drew it, decided it would do for now, and moved on to the next curving line for the second half of the face.
"Hermione! It's time for dinner!" her Mum yelled.
"Coming Mum," Hermione called back.
She looked at the beginning of the drawing, which already looked absolutely nothing like the book.
That night Hermione laid in bed, studying the how-to-draw book, trying to learn it just like every other thing she had ever tried to learn.
The next day after school, she sat down, ready to draw. With a new piece of paper in front of her, she drew the character, the exact curve of the line engraved in her memory. When she looked down and compared her drawing to the one in book, it only took one glance for her to bury her head in her hands as the taunts of the children came back to her.
"Hermione can't draw! Hermione can't draw! Hermione cannot draw!"
I know it's a bit short, but the song is short :)
Next chapter will be the last, and it will be Lupin Can't Sing (second part of the song), again, that chapter WILL be in canon with the books.
