Chapter one: Surprise and possible death.
Rukia gasps as she looks to the test She had taken, positive. "Ichigo!" She yelled. She heard a crash.
Ichigo walked in rubbing his head. "What?" He asked her then glanced at the test in her hand. "Oh Damn." He whispered.
She tilts her head. "What does it mean?" She had no clue.
Ichigo looks to her. He places a hand on her stomach, "It means, we're going to be parents."
She screamed. Ichigo covers his ears. "It's all your fault, and now the baby's going to grow up without a father." She ranted
Ichigo looks to her. "I'm not going to die." She nodded.
"Yes you will. Byakuya will kill you." She says softly.
"He will not." Ichigo tells her. "Now, how are we gonna ease him into this?"
She shrugs, she lays a hand over Ichigo's. "Just tell him." She whispers.
Ichigo helps her up, not knowing why he was being sweet. "Go get dressed and we can go tell him." Rukia nodded and went to get ready. He wouldn't kill me would he? I plan to marry her, we've dated for 3 years... He mused.
"Ready." Rukia said and we were off.
"Brother?" Rukia says as Byakuya opens the door. "We have news to tell you." She says softly. Byakuya turns to Ichigo. He nodded.
"Rukia's pregnant with my child, Byakuya." He tells him, Rukia looks to him.
"I'll be back." With that Rukia leaves ignoring Ichigo's pleaing eyes.
Byakuya turns to him. "I'll give you a 10 second head start to run." As he said that, Ichigo was off like a bullet.
