Hey! So, I saw Zootopia a couple days ago and I loved it! I loved the message that it was trying to send. I also loved how every single animal that Nick and Judy met on their journey was completely unique and special in their own way. I don't know exactly how many of these I plan to write. I guess I'll just post as I come up with them. Anyway, on with the story!
Disclaimer: I do not own Zootopia or any of its characters (except for my OCs)
A very excited Nick Wilde jumped out of bed he put on his ZPD uniform, grabbed a box of doughnuts, and made his way over to the police station. Ever since hestarted working for the ZPD, he finally felt like he was important and people needed him. (of course, he would never admit that) "Good morning Ben, how's it going?" He asks the cheetah at the front desk. "I'm doing great Mr. Wilde!" He answered. "Call me Nick." He tells him as he walks to his office. "Morning Carrots." He
says to Judy. "Hey Nick!" She says with a smile. "I got you a doughnut from the shop. Carrot icing, just the way you like it." Nick tells her. "Thank you Nick, that was very sweet of you." She says. "Yeah, whatever." The fox says to her. Every once in a while Nick would surprise Judy with something special. She always thought it was so sweet of him to do that for her. "So, what's the problem today?" Nick asks. "Some little punk and his friends stole some jewelry and are hiding it somewhere.
Our job is to find them and get the jewelry back." The rabbit informs him. "How much time do we have for this one?" He joked. "Dumb fox." She says. " Now, Let's go!" She says as they run to their police car. 'Where to first?" Nick asks. "First, we need to go A Diamond in the Ruff, which is the name of the jewelry store, and talk to Mrs. Wolfington." Judy tells him.
At the Jewelry Store:
"Hello? Mrs. Wolfington?" Judy asks. "Oh, Hello! What can I do for you folks?" Mrs. Wolfington asked them. "My name is officer Hopps and this is my partner officer Wilde. We were wondering if we could ask you a couple of questions." Judy tells the wolf. "Sure thing!" She says. "Great! First question: Was your store robbed? If so, do you know who it was that robbed you?" Nick asks her. "I'm not sure." The Wolf replied. "I do have a security tape though." "That's perfect!" The fox says. Him and
Judy follow Mrs. Wolfington into the back room. She starts to play the tape. "So, it says here that you got robbed yesterday at around 12:30 p.m., is that correct?" Judy asks Mrs. Wolfington. "Yes." She replied. She clicks the "rewind" button to that time. "I see them! Right there!" Nick says with excitement. "Okay. So it looks like they are two lions and a zebra." Judy says. "I know that zebra!" Mrs. Wolfington exclaimed. "That's my next door neighbor Zee. I wonder why he's with those kids."
She says. "Well then, let's go ask his parents." Nick says as he starts running outside. "Wait for us!" Judy says as she tries to keep up with Nick. "Zee's house is little white one over there." The wolf tells them.
At Zee's House:
Mrs. Wolfington knocks on the door and a woman answers. "Hello Mrs. Wolfington! How are you?" The woman asks. "I'm afraid I'm not doing so well Mrs. Jacobs." She tells her. "May we come in?" Mrs. Wolfington asks her. "Sure. Come on in!" The two officers and Mrs. Wolfington walk into her house. "So what seems to be the problem officers?" The zebra asks them. "It's with your son." Judy explains. "What about him?" The Zebra asks. "He stole some jewelry from Mrs. Wolfington's jewelry
store." Nick tells her. "What?" She says with a look of concern. "Him and two other boys stole from my store." Mrs. Wolfington explained. Nick shows Mrs. Jacobs the picture that he took of the three boys. "I knew it!" Mrs. Jacobs said. "He's been hanging out with Greg and Garrett. There always getting into trouble. I don't know why he would want to hang out with those little punks!" She said, getting a little mad. "Do you know where they were going that day?" Judy asks her. "He said that
he was going to the library. I had no idea that he would go and steal something, especially from his neighbor." The zebra says. "I think I know where he went." Nick chimed in. "Really? Where did he go Nick?" Judy asks him, getting excited. 'Well, I pass the library everyday on my way to the station. There is an old, abandoned cabin in the woods behind there. That's probably where he was going when he said "library".' He told everyone. "Wow! Nice detective work Nick!" Judy complemented. "I know, I'm pretty great." Nick said boldly. Judy just rolled her eyes and followed Nick, Mrs. Wolfington, and Mrs. Jacobs to the cabin.
At the cabin:
When they got there, Judy and Nick bust open the door to see Greg, Garrett, and Zee standing there with the jewelry sitting in plain sight on the couch. "Stand right there you little punks!" Judy says to the boys. Just then, Zee starts crying. "I'm so sorry officer! Greg and Garrett made me do it! They said that if I didn't, then they were going to hurt me!" Zee exclaimed. "Well then I'll make sure they never do it again." The rabbit walks over to the two of them and says "by the order of the
law, if you bully Zee or any other kid, it will not look good." Judy told them. "Yes officer!" Greg says, clearly shaking. "Yeah. We promise!" Garrett added. "Good."Judy said. They give Mrs. Wolfington the jewelry back and they walk back to her shop. "Um, officers? I just wanted to say thank you so much for getting my jewelry back. You guys make a great team!" She tells them. "Yeah, I guess we do." Judy says as she looks at Nick. Nick looks back at her as a smile starts to form on his face.
