A young hunter made his way along the plains. He was intent on killing those white velociprey as he was currently tight on money. He expected it to be generally easy but.
" Oh holy shit... " He said to himself as he entered zone 2.
Standing there in all its proud and stupid terrifying glory was a full grown Rathalos. And he was pissed. Luckily it still hadn't noticed him as he was now shitting himself behind a tree.
" Ohshitohshitohshitohshitohshit... " His thought process was as follows.
' Okay okay...Breath... Okay I'm calm now... Let's weigh my options... ' He peeked his head out form the tree. The Rathalos was now currently patrolling around.
' Okay... So my sword still has green sharpness and thats the minimum you need to cut off a tail right? ' He pulled out his sword and stared at it and his armor set. A mix-matched set of armor consisting of Kut-Ku, Vespoid and Velociprey gear. Yup. He was a Noob alright. But a determined one alright.
' Right! I've decided! ' He jumped out into the open. Sword drawn and shield at the ready. He charged.
" YAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH! " Surprisingly the Rathalos hadn't even noticed him and continued to stare out into the distance. The young hunter approached. Face set in a determined scowl. He leaped. Slashed.
And completely missed the tail.
" MY SWORD CAN'T REACH IT!? MY SWORD CAN'T FREAKIN' REACH IT!? " He said as he continued to swing his sword in a futile effort to reach the tail. In a stroke of misfortune he ended up hitting the Rathalos' ass and have his sword bounce off. If his screaming weren't enough to attract its attention the ass hit was more than enough to piss it off. It turned towards him and he was now face to face with the king of the skies.
" MY SWORD BOUNCED!? WHY DID IT FU-Oh... uh... Hi... " He said as he waved his hand slightly. The same hand with the same sword he hit the Rathalos' rear with. He noticed that and hid it behind him. He then proceeded to back away very slowly.
Before getting mauled by the white velociprey. As he was being mobbed more came in to join the fun. The Rathalos' observed the sight before shrugging and turning around to walk away. In the process he tail swiped the velociprey and the young hunter. Effectively killing and knocking them out respectively. The hunter landed face first with his ass in the air in front of a very convenient bush. Out of the bush peaked two Felynes. They stared at each other and sighed.
" Another noob? " Asked one.
" Another noob, nya " replied the other one.
