"Today's gonna be such a drag," Shikamaru sighed, "Asuma sensei says I get a day off from training and now I have nothing to do." He sighed again. "Well might as well get something to eat." He said then headed off to get some Raman.

"Another deluxe Raman, please." Naruto said. "Naruto." Shikamaru said. "Huh, oh hey Shikamaru!" Naruto said excited. "Excuse sir, I'm sorry," the clerk said, "we're out of Raman." "WHAT?!" Naruto yelled, "No, no this can't be true!" He started to frantically search for Raman. Shikamaru sweatdropped. When he finally realized there really was no more Raman left he yelled again. " You're a Raman shop, the only thing you sell is Raman, how could you not have Raman?!" "I'm sorry, but you ate the last of it." The clerk said to Naruto. Naruto started arguing again. "Obviously there's no more Raman," Shikamaru said, "I'll just go somewhere else." He turned around and walked away. After Naruto stopped arguing he realized Shikamaru left. "Huh?" He said confused, "Shikamaru where'd ya go?"

"Oh no not here too." Shikamaru thought. "WHAT?!" Choji yelled, "NO MORE FOOD, ARE YOU CRAZY?!" "Sorry, but you ate all of it." The clerk said. "Fine, I'll take my business elsewhere." Choji heading for the door when bumped into Shikamaru. "Oh Shikamaru, what's up?" Choji greeted him. "Why is everyone so cheery today." Shikamaru thought, then he sighed. Choji looked at Shikamaru's expression then chuckled slightly. "What's so funny." Shikamaru asked. "Nothing, you'll find out later." Choji said then walked off. "What's up with him?" Shikamaru asked himself, "probably too much barbecue again." "So I'll have to go on a diet for today and not eat," Shikamaru said, "what a drag." His stomach growled.
