Part 2 (of 4)
Alien Mutant Ninja Turtles Prologue
My name is Leonardo. The last four months of our lives have been overwhelming and uncomprehend able. The gaining of new allies, the final defeat of our worst enemy, and the loss of our master, our father.
My brothers and I, along with Ben and his cousin Gwen have just returned from the most devastating battle that we've ever faced.
Does the Shredder's defeat outweigh the new burdens upon us; finding our master, returning Ben and Gwen home? The answers, I have yet to seek them in time.
Personal guardian entry- 87965: Three weeks ago, myself and the other guardians have aided the turtles and their new allies in their final confrontation with our hated enemy, the Shredder.
Their rat master, the one called Splinter, has been grievously wounded in the battle. We took it upon ourselves to take him to our secret base and care for him.
For many years, my masters and the Shredder have fought an age-long battle that has brought devastation and destruction upon this world. As a guardian, it is my sworn duty to protect and fulfill my master's honor and their lives.
Many have died and gave their lives for our masters, some for reasons unknown. There are things, mysteries about the origin of the age-long conflict, about the Shredder, and my masters.
And for all I know, has the Shredder really been slain, or is he still alive, waiting to enact vengeance upon us? It is a question, that I fear to ask.
East River, Manhattan
"Wh-what, I-I'm alive, incredible! A blast of that magnitude should have destroyed me, but it didn't." Baxter stockman, alive but barely in one piece, washed up on shore after being in the water for weeks on end.
"Those fools, idiots! They thought they could get rid of me with a pathetic missile. No one can defeat the scientific genius, Baxter Stockman!"
"And that fool, Shredder, he finally let turtles and those kids, well, bid him adoui. Something not even I could accomplish. Hehaha." As he pulled himself out of the water, stockman looked around for a place to hide and rebuild his body.
He then heard several footsteps heading his way, one sounding like metal boots. His heart beat faster, his face ran wet from only seconds of sweat, and his stomach churned as he saw the one thing, the one person he feared most.
It was as if he was seeing a ghost, a dream, for what he was seeing wasn't possible. "No, no! You- you can't be alive, there's no way, it's not possible! You-you can't be alive!"
The man, armored in an ancient samurai suit, sneered with an electronic and chilling voice "Anything's possible, Dr. Stockman, anything. Hmhmhmhmhmhmhm, HAHAHAHAHAHA!"
