Okay, the reason Shisui appears here is 'cos I need a member of the Uchiha clan here.
Which is unfortunate because Itachi killed them all so this is why I need him to appear right? -shifty-

Sasuke glared at Itachi with years of burning hatred reflected in his eyes.

"Today," he rasped,"Is the day I avenge the Uchiha clan and kill you."

Itachi's expression didn't even change,"Foolish brother. I won't even need the Mangekyo Sharingan to kill you."

"I can say the same," Sasuke spat back,"I read what you need to do but I will not follow your ways to get my revenge. I do not need to slaughter my best friend to obtain the power I need."

Sounds and images flashed through his head; they had all been leading up to this moment. His mother smiling at him, his father teaching him fire jutsu, his brother flicking him on the forehead, practising with kunais, being shown his parents' death by Itachi, the screams of the clan, the sound of his parents being gutted by Itachi's sword, the accusations of those shinobi, accusing his elder brother of killing his best friend in order to aquire the Mangekyo Sharingan, and his solid belief that this kind brother he knew, would never, ever, do something like that...

How wrong he was.

Letting out an enraged scream, Sasuke charged forward, sword raised.

"Kill me?"

Sasuke stopped. That voice... it sounded so familiar.

Itachi knew it too. His red eyes widened. "...Shisui?"

They both turned. Standing at the edge of the clearing was... Shisui Uchiha.

He was odd-looking... It took Sasuke a few moments to work it out. He was transparent. He could make out the scenery throguh the Shisui.

A... ghost!?

No, that was impossible, decided Sasuke. Ghosts. Do. Not. Exist.

But yet... Here was Shisui Uchiha standing here.

"Kill me?" repeated the ghost. "Who said Itachi killed me?"

There was a pause.

"Itachi did," said Sasuke, not sure what else to do.

Shisui turned to his former best friend who was looking quite baffled,"You didn't kill me!! I left a bloody note damnit!! Don't tell me the police force made a murder out of it! Those people were always looking for some excuse to make a crime out of something..." He grumbled.

Sasuke turned slowly to Itachi with his eyebrow twitching,"Y-you didn't kill him? But the Mangekyo Sharingan... You... You... Said I had to kill my best friend for it..."

Itachi gave a soft cough and looked away.

"No... you... don't... There's a special scroll... The Uchiha clan have it... When you come of age...?" Seeing Sasuke's blank expression, Shisui's ghost continued,"Oh, come on, you must know that!"

Sasuke turned slowly back to Itachi and quietly screamed,"YOU TOLD ME I HAD TO KILL MY BEST FRIEND FOR IT!!"

Itachi shrugged,"So? Would it of looked so cool if I had told you to read some old scroll? Killing your best friend sounds so much better..."

From a short distance away Kisame and Naruto onlooked the onesided shouting match that was beginning between Itachi and Sasuke.

"...So... Sasuke... didn't have to kill me after all?" The blonde shinobi asked.

"...Itachi is such a drama queen... King," Kisame hurriedly corrected himself after getting an odd stare from the Kyuubi.
