Okay, this story will be full of short story stuff. It will seem fast paced, because I plan on writing quick things on Star Charmer's life, there will be things like how she interacts with other characters, or just her and OCS. I'm not very good at writing MLP stuff, so forgive me

Hellion.

That's her true name.

Heh.

Name? Oh please. It meant demon. Her parents did not get the chance to name her. Wild Tango, one of the leaders named her sister Star Shine, she was the beautiful one.

While the green pony was left with demon. Maybe it was her red blood like eyes.

But, soon she was known as a demon for other reasons. If she was taken down, she could twist her body in any way and surprise any attacker. Shine was the pretty one, but she was the strongest one. The green pony hated living here, all she's ever been told if they don't burn and freeze Equestria, the poor animals would be enslaved forever. Of course she wanted to help animals.

They were like friends to her. Her flaming bird and bunny. Flame and Blaze, okay she knew they were cliché names, but she was happy to have them with her.

She was born with wings as a birth accident. She couldn't fly at first, but the tribe used fear against her to get the filly into the air. She was also blessed by their Fire Lord.

Blessed, don't make her laugh. It was a bloody curse. At least she had books to read in her safe spot. When she was 'good' her sister would bring her books from the other land. She soon was obsessed with escaping to this place.

It was the same training everyday, claws slashing as she used her wings to protect herself. Finally the black pony jumps and pins her to the rocky ground. The green pony swung her wings around trying to get the other off, but the claws keep sinking in as the other's wings tries to choke her into unconsciousness.

Star Shine's lower body was still on the ground though, so she brought her back legs in and kicked as hard as she could. The black filly went flying across the room, the breath knocked out of her.

"Shine?" She asks, ignoring her wounds. "Are you alright?"

Her sister slowly rises, "Yes, I'm fine." She beams, "I didn't know how much stronger you were getting, those Equestrians won't see what hit them."

She chuckles, hiding the nervousness she felt.

"Well, since training went so well, I'll sneak out and find a fresh apple for you."

Her eyes light up at the thought of a fresh, juicy apple.

"What about my wounds though?" She questions as Shine starts to walk past her.

"Don't worry, dear sister, they'll fade into scars making you look tough."

But, when the green pony ran away to this Equestria, when some saw the scars, they didn't think she was tough. They just asked who did this to her as if she was some sort of abuse victim.

"Sister? What are you doing near the entrance?"

The green pony's wings twitch. "Well, I could ask you the same thing."

"I literally just walked over to remind you we don't have enough trained ponies to attack those stupid ponies."

I hope she doesn't want to train again. I feel sore.

"Those stupid ponies, keeping those poor animals captive, maybe we should just capture some ponies and see how they like being treated like that-"

She tuned out of her sister's rants to focus on Mythic Haze trotting over to her. She didn't speak to him much or anyone other than her sister and the leader of the Fire Tribe when he required to speak to her.

"Your sister is kind of...mental, don't you think?" He questions, terrified at what Shine was talking about.

"She just wants the best for the animals," She insists.

The two ponies realize the ice pony has stopped talking. She glares at the male, baring her fangs.

"Sister, we've talked about conversing with ponies who are just too nice for war." She pushes her sister with her head, away from the Mythic. Who watches fearfully and worriedly.

She saw no reason for the worry, but felt like she offended her only family. "Sorry, Shine, I didn't mean to offend you, we can train if it'll make you feel better."

Why did Shine like these sessions so much? She always had been stronger and never lost to her sibling. So, what was the point?

"Sister, mind making a smoothie for your tired sister?"

The moon was out making the child extremely tired, but she manages to move over to the side of her cave to her supplies for making cold drinks. She carefully works with her magic to avoid any mistake or else her sister would get angry.

"I can't wait until we destroy those ponies." Shine mumbles, sipping on her drink.

"Are they really that bad," She yawns.

"Of course! They capture animals, force dogs to fetch things, keep them in cages!" Shine snaps, the other was too tired to flinch. "Not to mention horrible creatures will try to force you to open up your feelings, lure you into thinking they really love you, so don't let your guard down and let them see your pink flames." Shine sips her drink more.

"Thanks for looking out for me, sister." She murmurs.

"Of course, I am your sister and the only one that understands. I'd hate to lose you."

She felt lucky to have her sister on her side, but even though she was strong, the green pony could not help but feel she'd never be good enough to be worthy of a sister.

At the start, training would leave her unable to stand up.

"Come on, Sis, it's time to go to bed." Shine says.

"I can't stand up," the three year old mumbles.

"Just get up, you wimp." The orange leader behind her snaps, "It's just a few broken bones, you'll get used to it in time."

She grinds her teeth as she shakily stands on her broken legs. She choked down the scream of agony. The faster she got to her safe spot, the better. There's no way she would be able to hang from the ceiling, so she just passed out on the rocky ground.

But, just like Wild Tango said, she got used to the broken bones.

"Sister."

"Yes, Shine?" She was reading one of the many books she owned about the other land.

"You cannot tell anyone what happens in this tribe."

"I promise."

"Do you swear on your life?"

She nods, "I swear on my life."

She didn't know she would end up breaking that promise. She didn't mean to, but she knew when her sister found out, she was going to pay for it.

"Shine, I don't want to hurt other ponies. Maybe we could just scare them and be on our merry way." She admits, but tries to put a joking tone into her voice.

The black pony squints her bright blue eyes at the other.

Shine didn't like jokes, that was clear.

She could not leave this awkward, tense silence due to she was scared Shine would try to stop her. There was no escape.

Great She mentally sighs as icicle like claws came out of her sister's hooves.

"Star Shine, I don't want to fight! The answer for everything is not to slash every pony to pieces!" She dodges her sister's claws when she lunged. "I'm not going to fight you on this, so cut it out!"

"I don't want to talk about this privately, I rather be in town." She tried her best to appease her sister so she could get some damn food. But, she hated being around Shine when she was in a mood.

"You really think anyone would care if I randomly attacked you, trust me, no one can stop me." Shine drones.

She missed her safe spot.

"I'm already strong enough, these sessions feel like abuse at this point." She grumbles.

"Sister, don't be silly, I'm your sister, I'd never abuse you. It's a tough world and you never know when you're strong enough."

"Maybe you're right, but it's tempting to just run away."

"We were born for this." Shine says sharply. "We don't have a choice, we have to kill those ponies. You'll feel better when we take control. Plus, even if you did, it's useless, I'll always find you. And no one will offer you any kindness or compassion in Equestria."

Once a time she swore she'd never leave her sister. But, she broke her mother's statue and ran out of the caverns, across the sand, past the border and hoping she could feel free with her bird soaring above and her bunny clinging to her back.

Being turned to stone there just meant you were in a coma and you finally got the bliss of death when someone broke it. Wild Tango broke her father's statue and kept her mother on display.

She shudders.

Star Charmer looks at the ground.

"Is my sister…" She couldn't say the word or she'd burst into blue tears.

She knew there'd be no answer. But at least she told what had been building in her chest for so long.

When they came to attack. Shine had tried to reason with her.

Coax her that they didn't really care about her. "Don't you remember! I'm the only one that understands you, you're my sister!"

….

"They've obviously brainwashed you or hypnotized you!"

Star Shine was wrong. Maybe some will be cruel, but the first pony she came across in Equestria was the kindest pony she ever met.

Shine had lied to her. If anything her damn sister brainwashed her!

Her sister eventually figured out her green sister refuses to listen.
