Okay so my brother and I are having a contest to see who writes the better story. So Maddie don't EVEN say it.

Today seemed to start out like a normal day.
I woke up and ate Rainbow Munchies. I had a tea party for my Posh Party Rainbow Monkey. We even had a mission defeating Mr. Boss. Nothing went wrong on that mission. But it felt like I forgot something, something important.
I walked up to Numbuh 4's door. As I raised my hand to knock on the door, Numbuh 1 called my name.
"What is it, Numbuh 1?" I asked.
"Numbuh 3, we got an urgent call from Moon base that says you have to be there immediately," Numbuh 1 said. But there was something strange about his voice. I thought it was a little bit deeper. But I shrugged it off thinking it was just me.
"C'mon, Numbuh 2 will pilot the rocket for you," he said pointing to the launching pad.
"Hey, Numbuh 1, where are your shades?" I asked realizing he wasn't wearing his signature shades he loves so much.
"Oh uh…I just got out of the shower when Moon base called…It sounded so urgent I didn't want to waste my time getting them out…" he said almost uncertainly.
"Uh, okay then," I said walking away.
I walked into the rocket. There were three seats in the back row for me Numbuh 4, and Numbuh 5 and two up front for Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 2. I sat on Numbuh 1's seat so I could talk to Numbuh 2 on the way to Moon base.
"Where is Numbuh 2?" I asked myself.
"I'm right here," Numbuh two said coming into the rocket.
"I had to drop off something at Numbuh 4's before we left," he said sitting next to me.
"Ready?" Numbuh 2 asked buckling his seatbelt.
"Ready," I said doing the same.
"10…9…8…7," he started as the roof opened up.
"6…5," he continued as the floor lifted beneath us.
"4…3, 2, 1, BLASTOFF!!" he finished up fast getting impatient.
We took off. I heard a loud boom as we left the tree house. I thought it was just the rocket, so I didn't tell Numbuh 2.
"Hey, Numbuh 2?" I asked.
"Yeah, what is it?" he said putting the ship on auto pilot.
"What did you drop off at Numbuh 4's room?" I asked.
"Well his birthday present of course," he said looking at me, "You do know it's his birthday today…don't you?"
"Uh…sure…of course…" I said not so convincingly.
"No way!! YOU of all people forgot his birthday!!" he said totally shocked.
I was so embarrassed. I mean Numbuh 4 is my friend. How could I forget his birthday?!! Especially after last year. He remembered and got me the one of a kind Rainbow Monkey charm bracelet I wanted so much. I wear it everyday, but no one can see it because I wear my long sleeve shirts.
"Just wondering, what did you get him?" I asked.
"Only the super one of a kind mega awesome Yipper #407 MINT condition!!" he said proudly.
"You think there's anytime to get him something later?" I asked hopefully.
"Well, the mall closes at 9:00…and we'd get back later than midnight if we tried anywhere else…" he said taking control of the wheel again.
"So I guess it depends on what I need to do at Moon base…" I said as Moon base came closer into view.
"Did Numbuh 1 say what you needed to do there?" Numbuh 2 asked.
"No, now that you mention it, he just said they needed me up in Moon base…" I said thinking about it.
"Numbuh 2 of Sector V requesting permission to land," he said talking to someone in Moon base.
"Permission granted," the other person answered.
We landed at Moon base without any problems. When we got out, Numbuh 86 was standing outside the ship.
"Hey, Numbuh 3, why are you here?" Numbuh 86 asked.
"Numbuh 1 said I needed to be at Moon base for some mission or something," I explained.
"Mission? There is no mission we need you for…In fact all connections to Sector V were disconnected earlier this afternoon," she explained.
