"Being a Lupin"
Sequel to "Hermione's Past"
It's been Twenty years since Remus Lupin told me I was his daughter. Since then, I found out that I really am a pureblood, my real mother, Amanda Johanson, died when I was only 3 years old, and that my father, Remus Lupin and my stepmother, Nymphadora Tonks, had my step brother Teddy, and that Tonks and dad died in the battle of Hogwarts 19 years ago. I never told Teddy about me being his step sister. I never knew if I should or not. Something tells me that I should wait, though. Teddy is now 19 years old, and every time I look at him, I see dad in his personality and Tonks in looks. Teddy's shy around others, has the same werewolf problem as dad did, but not as bad, not with the wolfsbane potion. And, he's such a smart kid; he did outstanding on ALL of his O.W.L's AND on all of his N.E.W.T's. Just like our dad. I've only ever told Harry and Ron about what happened to me in our sixth year. They're such great friends, to this day; they're the only ones that know this fact about my life. I see James, Harry and Ginny's son, run up to all of us and tell us that he just saw Teddy snogging Victoire Bill and Fleur's youngest daughter. Part of me wanted to go their and tell Teddy to knock it off and not do something like that in public, and another part of me knew that Teddy thought that I had no right to interfere in his personal life, but Harry did. After all, dad did name Harry Teddy's godfather. For now, I just wanted to see my children off at the Hogwarts Express, and go back home to read my mum's letter again. Because, this is life, not only being a Weasley, but also, being a Lupin.
