May 2009

It was cold out and a young girl appeared in her room in her pajamas. "Ava, time for bed." A woman's voice called out from the hallway. "Okay, mom." The girl of six years of age called out and got into her bed. She lay down and closed her eyes. She was soon asleep and for several hours it was silent. A shimmer came and a forum of a young man was seen. He was dressed as if in the army. Ava woke up and sat up, turning to see the man. "MOMMY!" she screamed. The young man went to her, covering her mouth. She touched his hand, burning him. He did not react, as if trained not to. He picked her up as the woman from before opened the door. "Let her go!" she demanded. The young man smiled. "She is not yours anymore." He spoke. "I will not allow you to take another child of mine." She spoke, her voice choking as if holding back tears. "What will you do, human?" he asked. A moment passed. The young man grinned as he held the squirming child to him. "Let me go!" Ava screamed, burning his back, but again he did not react. Two more boys appeared. One that looked around the same age as Ava and the other the age of the young man. Both the young man and Ava disappeared. The little boy stood as the other went to the woman at a speed unhuman but not magical. He snapped her neck. The boys disappeared in a shimmer.

Three days later…

The charmed ones had settled into a human like life. Demon came and went as usual, but the sisters had learned how to have a somewhat normal life as well. Paige and Henry were enjoying the married life as well as Phoebe and Coop. Piper and Leo were getting along. Billie was dealing with the death of Christy as well as she could, burying herself in the fight of demons. Things were going well for the family and for Billie.

Billie was alone in her room, cleaning up. The sisters were out, Phoebe and Paige out to lunch with their husbands and Piper at the club with Leo, getting things ready for the band tonight. An elder orbed in front of Billie. "Where are the sisters?" he asked. "Why don't you sense them or something?" Billie asked. "They are usually here." He explained. "Oh, well they are out…you know being human." Billie said, sarcastically. "I suppose I can explain the situation to you and you can inform them?" he asked. "Sure." Billie said. "We believe more children are being captured, magical children. For what we do not know, but many of our whitelighters have come to us. Their charges children have gone missing. It is chaos up there." He explained. "Have you tried scrying or sensing there location?" Billie asked. "The witches have tried, but no luck. " he answered. "What are their ages?" Billie asked. "The youngest three and the oldest seven. The last attack was three days ago." The elder said. "I will inform the sisters and get on it." Billie said. The elder nodded. "Please keep us informed of your findings." He requested. "Will do." Billie said. The elder orbed away.

"PAIGE!" Billie yelled. "Paige!" Billie yelled again. After a few minutes Paige orbed into Billie's room. "What's wrong?" Paige asked. "An elder just came to visit. Young witches are going missing, kids." She explained.
