She lay on the floor. Blood trickled down the side of her head, into her hair. Her eyes closed… the back of her hand lay on her forehead. She was as still as a statue. Her other hand was on her stomach.
No one moved, not the children, nor the teachers.
Layla, Warren, Will, Zach, Magenta, Ethan, and Ice stepped a little forward.
Annaka was never a beauty. She had beautiful sapphire eyes and lovely smooth, shiny hair and soft full pink lips, but her beauty stopped there. She wasn't fat nor was she thin, her skin wasn't smooth like Layla's or even Magenta's, and her eyebrows weren't plucked.
She was a beauty…it was just on the inside. She was kind to everyone. Lisa or Ice Queen, (Ice) had been a very bitchy Barbie. One day it got out that Lisa had had a baby. She'd been in the bathroom crying. Everyone had abandoned her, she had either been mean to them or they were popular and ditched her.
Ice's flashback
Tears slipped down Ice's face as she cried. She had her knees propped up and her arms resting on them, her head hidden. Two feet were in front of her, she looked up to see Annaka.
Annaka smiled down at her "You ok?" she asked going down on one knee as if talking to a child. Ice bit her lip and shock her head as she started to look down. Annaka started to brush the white head's hair. "You need to eat," she stated.
"No one will let me sit with them," Lisa said, looking at her lap.
"Not true, you can sit with me and my friends."
"Why are you being nice to me?" Ice asked looking up at Annaka in aw. "I made your life hell when you first got here."
"Cause everyone deserves a second chance," she said simply. "Come on," she said extending her hand, a smile on her face.
Ice smiled and took the out stretched hand.
End of Flashback
"Is she…dead?" Ice asked tears streaming down her face. A young woman who taught dance walked over to her still body. Miss Valintina, looked up and closed her eyes.
"Oh, God" Ice cried, letting out a sob then turning her head so she couldn't see her. Layla sobbed into Will's shoulder. Warren got down on his knees and only looked at her as he cried.
Warren gently pushed a stray strand of hair away from her face.
Will
"An angel walked among us.
No one said she had to look like us."
Layla
"She may not look like an angel on the outside,
but she is an angel within.
Not many can say that she didn't help them with a problem
At lest once
Zach
"She was the perfect."
Ethan
"She was loved and she brings meaning to
You don't know what you have till it's gone."
Warren
"She was an angel to all.
Almost like the protector of our school.
She always looked out for everyone.
She always believed that everyone needed a second chance;
Even if they didn't deserve it.
She believed in seeing the good in people,
even if others didn't want to see it.
She was there for everyone.
It's a loss to the world that she's gone.
She would want us to be better people.
Even if you don't want to say you do
every person in this room loved her.
She is our Angel.
The Angel for us now…and new generations.
She is the Angel of Sky High."
