Bella POV
I was being forced into a wedding I didn't want. Just a couple months ago I would've been thrilled to marry Edward Cullen, but now I was being forced to marry Edward, even though Jasper was the one I truly loved. Edward and Alice blackmailed us, said if we tried anything to stop the wedding, we would die. So now I was marrying a man I didn't love and the priest was saying, "If anyone objects, speak now or forever hold your peace." It was silent and then..."I object!" Jasper? Why was Jasper objecting? He knew what would happen if he did, so why was he?
"Bella please you can't marry Edward!" He exclaimed as he stood up. "And why not Jasper?" I asked. My voice sounded realistic, but on the inside I was slowly dying. "Because I'm in love with you!" I gasped, he had never actually said that to me until now, Edward hissed and Alice started dry sobbing. In the crowd, there was a mixture of gasps of horror and cheers of delight. I don't know why Alice started to cry since she never loved Jasper anyway, but it's Alice so who knows?
"You CANNOT say that about my WIFE!" Edward roared then attacked Jasper. I screamed and ran over to them. "Edward, please. Please get off him!" I shouted, trying to yank him off Jasper. It was utterly hopeless, I'd known that even before I started. But me, being the utterly stupid human that I am, tried to yank Edward off anyway.
I failed miserably of course, but Edward got up on his own. He turned around to face me and crashed his lips to mine. He forced his tongue into my mouth, even though I tried my best to resist him and pull away. His kiss was hurting me and I was suddenly very afraid. He wouldn't pull back. I was afraid he was going to kill me. Or rape me. Or both. The first seemed the most likely, because after about a minute, my lungs started aching and longing for air. Air that I was afraid they'd never get.
I felt the world start to slowly slip away from me when Jasper roared and yanked Edward away from me, as I panted, trying to catch my breath. Jasper ripped off Edwards arms and threw them and Edward against a glass wall, shattering it. This caused panic and shouting in the crowd.
Edward was somehow knocked out and Alice had gone over to him and was currently trying to wake him up. Jasper then came over to me and caressed my cheek. "Are you ok, Darlin'?" He asked lovingly "I-I'm fine Jasper" I whispered. What he did next took me off guard. He kissed me, tenderly, lovingly. In a way that he'd never kissed me before. When we pulled back I whispered "I love you too." The biggest grin I ever saw graced his lips, and he ran me to his car and we drove off to start our forever.
