Why was it she always called Kaede to listen to her problems?
Anise could just press her lips on his scarlet card and there he was. Out of the four roses why him? Out of all of her protectors why did she choose Kaede to help her with her sprained ankle? Tenjou-senpai would have been the obvious choice despite his gross remarks. Or even Seiron could have brewed a potion that could have at least helped.
Kaede of course had no complaints, despite what he let on, this actually made him feel like he was not just her Rhode Knight but someone she could talk to and trust. His feelings were obvious to everyone or at least he tried to tell her his feelings on multiple occasions and was interrupted. Anise however was unknown to everyone, her feelings at least. She made it clear that she had no intention in having any kind of relationship with any of those four but…
'Perhaps the reason you and the Red Rose have not had your first awakening is there is a nearly unbreakable wall separating the two of your hearts from one another.' Tenjou-senpai's voice rang through her head.
'Why do you suppose the wall is there? Because if that wall were to be destroyed, it would come crashing down without control.'

That jerk who was always throwing nasty comments at her. But he was always there. Right when she needed help the most. She didn't even have to call him. He would just save her.
But wasn't that what a knight was supposed to do? Protect his master?
After all of the knights had an affinity for her…
A/N: I may update this weekly or biweekly, I can'r decide but every thing going on in my life suggests the latter. Sorry it was so short. I just read and finished the manga last night. I kinda shipped Kaede and Anise throughout the whole darn thing.
I really love this mangaka's work and her little extras at the end. I give FULL credit to the amazing mangaka.
