It wasn't the worst day of his life, Harm reflected, but it was certainly getting there. He didn't know what it was about Mondays they just didn't go right.

" I hate Mondays." He muttered, as he watched the body being carried out of the office.

He felt a comforting hand on his shoulder and turned round to see Mac behind him, a sympathetic expression on her face.

That morning, Harm had arrived at work as usual, not expecting anything untoward to happen. Life had been as good as ever recently, no nasty surprises. But it was a new week, and he guessed anything could happen if it really wanted to. He entered his office and stopped short. A woman sat in the chair opposite his desk. His breath caught in his mouth as he recognised her. Long, red hair, and a slender, athletic figure. She turned and a smile spread across his face, " Hi, Angie."

"Hi, Harm." She said, and he could hear desire in her rich, sensual tones.

" Long time no see."

" Yeah." She replied with a wistful smile, " Um... look... I have a problem. I need you help."

" What makes you think I can solve it? I thought I was just a lousy good for nothing loser!" Harm's voice roughned with forgotten anger as he said this.

" I was angry Harm." She said, her tone placating.

" Yeah." He turned away, breathing hard.

" What's up?" He asked, after a moment.

" I think I'm being followed."

" Right." Harm's expression was just a little skeptical.

" Harm, I think it's Billy."

" Billy? He died, Angie. Seven years ago."Anger coursed through Harm's voice, accompanied by a tinge of concern.

" I know that Harm, but who else could it be?"

" Look, whatever..." A bullet slammed through the office door, hitting Angie squarely in the middle of her back, blood spraying across the room. Harm dived to the floor, a million thoughts running through his mind. He heard shouts and then Admirial Chegwidden was beside him.

" Are you okay Harm?" The older man asked.

" Yeah... I'm fine." Harm could only stare at the lifeless body of his ex-fiance.
