2017:
I woke up Sunday morning as the light came through my bedroom window.
I yawned and sat up in my bed, I looked at the clock 6:30 AM.
Ughhh I grumbled as I pulled back the covers and hopped out of bed.
The COLD! Aghhh Its painful I thought as I walked to my closet.
The wood floor was unnaturally cold, it was like walking on snow bear foot.
Maybe It was the fact that I just woke up but only when I opened my closet and saw all my t-shirts and shorts that I realized.
Its FUDGING SUMMER! What the heck?!
How is it so cold in SUMMER!
I turn around and run to the window and look outside.
I gasped, Its snowing! How did I not notice this before?!
And its not like its the end of summer either, its mid summer yesterday was 40:C and all way the days before had been over 30:C !
Calm down I thought to myself. Its probably some freak weather.
I just decided to ignore it and get on with my day. Probably one of my biggest mistakes ever.
I searched through my closet and managed to find some winter clothes.
They were from last year and barely fit me. I grumbled as I put them on.
They were way to small and uncomfortable but they would have to do.
I walked out of my bedroom and down the stairs into the living room.
I looked around nobody else was up yet. I looked out the window. Nobody was in the streets either.
I sigh and grudge back up the stairs tiredly and walked back into the bedroom.
Closing the door behind me I walk over to my desk and sit down In my chair. I open up my laptop and press the power button.
It beeps into life as it boots up. I type in my password and look for something to do.
I'm so bored I thought as I open up chrome. I search through my bookmarks and found the episode of FMA BH I'm up to.
I hit play on the episode and listen as the opening plays through.
Its the episode where Edward battles greed. Suddenly the screen starts flickering.
Great now my computers glitching out!
I tried restarting my laptop but as soon as I touched the power button I felt as if I had a million volts flowing through me.
I heard a soft whispery voice.
"Welcome ... To ... The Gate"
Then everything went black. ...
