This can't actually be happening, it has to be some sort of a false alarm, or I'm not counting right. I'm not pregnant, there isn't a chance…we were completely safe, condoms, birth control and all.
Well, just to convince myself I'll run to the store, after all it isn't going to look suspicious at all, it's only 5 in the morning…I bet that Mere and George won't even know I was gone; this is all just to prove myself right.
Later at the local Wallgreens she casually strolled into the aisle containing all of the pregnancy tests, which there had to be at least 20 different brands.
There wasn't this many options when I was sixteen last time I checked, but then again I just grabbed the first five I could find…
Izzie quietly opened the front door and being the graceful one she is, tripped over the front rug and fell into the foray, spilling the contents of her obnoxiously loud grocery bag.
Smooth one, just smooth, Izzie thought to herself.
As she scrambled to shove all 5 different brands of tests into the crinkling bag George walked into the hallway from the kitchen eating a banana.
" Oh my God." Was all George could say before he turned around a walked right back into the kitchen, leaving his banana on the floor where he dropped it.
Blushing at least thirteen different shades of red, for no reason that she could think of, she knew she wasn't embarrassed; being embarrassed wasn't her thing, even after Alex posted all of those pictures of her as an underwear model all around the locker room.
All she could think of that related to why she blushed was that she actually thought she was pregnant, and didn't want anyone to know until she told them. Or maybe it was because she was actually considering having an abortion if she were pregnant when she had a baby at age 16 and now she didn't want to give birth at her age now.
Instead she finished putting all of the tests into the bag, walking calmly up to her room, changing into more comfortable clothes and then heading into the bathroom with that bag that was telling the world what she was doing.
