The night was young, and the team had decided to just hang out and watch a movie, having had no missions for the past two day had allowed them to relax a little. Wally, Robin, and Aqualad sat on the couch, while M'gann and Conner were on the loveseat. Artemis had said something about joining later, some Green Arrow biz. The were watching some cliche film, one Megan had picked out. The movie was coming to an end, and a homecoming scene was playing across the screen.

Laughing KF broke the silence of the team,"Oh God, Rob, do you remember that time at homecoming when-"

"Dude!" Robin interrupted blushing. For a moment Wally's heart stopped, realizing what he had almost done.

"Homecoming," Artemis appeared next to the couch,"Glad, I didn't miss the party. So, please, continue. What happened at homecoming?"

"Nothing," Wally stammered, causing Robin to face palm.

"Fine! Wally took me to homecoming, so what?" Robin said, leaning slightly further into the couch.

"Awe! Did you two have fun? Did you kiss? I've always wanted to attend a school dance!" M'gann exclaimed.

"Er-"

"Yeah and Yeah," Dick mummered as he shove some popcorn into his mouth.

"You what?" Artemis half yelled, clearly surprised.

"Aren't you supposed to kiss your date on prom night, I don't see what the problem-"

Artemis cut M'gann off,"Only if you're dating! I don't know if you two don't know this, but best friends don't kiss."

"You do if you're best friends who like each other," Wally met her eyes for a moment before they flickered away.

"You like each other, that is so cute!" Cooed M'gann, causing Dick nodd.

"So you're dating?" Asked Aqualad. Both shook their heads no.

"So you kissed, but you aren't dating?" Artemis chuckled.

"In case you didn't notice, Robin is thirteen," Wally replied.

"I have 'a little growing to do' as Wally puts it," Dick rolled his eyes.

"Really, Baywatch, you have actual self control?" Artemis asked, actually surprised.

"Mm, I'm willing to wait, don't want to push him into anything. Homecoming was the exception, no way was I going to let anyone else dance with my little bird," Wally took a bite of his pizza slice. Why were the so nonchalant about this? Everyone else was seriously and totally chalant about the whole thing.

"Such a charmer, West," Dick laughed.

"Only for you, Boy Wonderful."
