GOD tries to make himself heard, but how is he to be heard when everyone is doing their own thing. Ignoring Reason, Wisdom and Prudence. This is the wait a minute,
"THE"! "LORD" !
The one who created the earth the seas the stars the universe. Even little old you and me. So how are we to take "THE"! "LORD's" ! Word in vain. When GOD is not vain one bit not even a speck.
But first to understand just how big GOD is.

This is the Ring Nebula 4,100 light years away from earth! Now imagine you know how fast light moves you can turn out your light during the night and the light turns off almost instantly. I mean light travels 300,000 Kilometers a second!
Imagine how fast that is and how far it would be to travel at that speed for 4,100 years. Now think about the number 4,100. Imagine stacks of a hundred dollars, imagine a hundred stacks of hundreds then four rows of a hundred stacks of a hundred dollars. Now for each dollar in those piles would equal 10 trillion kilometers in space. That is a long distance!
And even farther than that I mean we have seen through highly sophisticated telescopes over fifty million light years away from earth!
Now everyone has heard the song "He holds the whole world in his hands". GOD! Holds all the universes in his hands. The stars the planets the moons. EVERYTHING! And if the ring nebula is 4,100 light years away from earth and we haven't even seen most of the universe past 50 million light years imagine how big "THE"! "LORD" ! would have to be to hold the universes!
It's mind boggling that's what it is!
I mean it's great if you fear the LORD, you're suppose to. And if you really fear him now you are wise.
Now we know how big "THE"! "LORD" ! is and how powerful he is what can we do in return for his graciousness and forgiveness?
Stupidity speaking: Uh—thank you? Lord who created us? uh—

We should worship his praise him throw a party in his name pump the jams talking and sing about his mercy!
But what does Stupidity do? Take his word for granted. His word goes in one ear and out the other. Large open spaces where ears are suppose to be.
I mean "THE"! "LORD" ! created ears LISTEN! No wonder GOD says Listen! Every other paragraph in the Bible. You think he's trying to tell you something important?
