Syndra tapped her fingers impatiently as she eyed the clock. Mr Giles(their chemistry teacher) had just finished marking their end of semester papers and stood up.
The class went silent as Mr Giles handed out the test papers for their end of year chemistry exam. Syndra shifted nervously in her seat she took note of the cute blonde boy in front of her pump his fist in the air in happiness.
"Syndra.." Mr Giles said as he shook his head and handed her her paper.
"I know you don't like this subject Syndra but you're a smart student, your math grades and physics grades last year were top of the year but you seem to have fallen this year. I believe that you can succeed in the future, you just need to have a more positive attitude to learning and focus more." Mr Giles said as he smiled at Syndra.
Syndra sighed and flicked her silver hair out of her face, Mr Giles placed her test paper on her desk and left.
"28%..." She muttered as she crossed her arms and rested her head on the table.
"Right class, that's all for this semester, hope you all enjoy the break. Remember to revise hard as we have big exams coming up next year… have fun and don't be to0 lazy people!" Mr Giles said as he placed his papers and material back into his bag before looking at his watch.
The bell rang and all the other students left the class.
"Syndra, Ezreal may I have a word with you please?" Mr Giles said as he leaned forward in his chair and spoke to Ezreal first.
"Ezreal, I would appreciate it if you could help Syndra with her studies over the summer break, you're grades are soaring higher than ever and I think all Syndra needs is a little bit of motivation and help, she too had fantastic grades last year but I think she's a little depressed. Plus, we all know you have a huge crush on her!" Mr Giles said winking at Ezreal whose face was now as red as a lobster.
"Alright, I'll do it!" he said as his big bright blue eyes flashed warmly.
"Thanks Ezreal, Now Syndra…." Mr Giles said as Ezreal went to pack his things.
"Ezreal is going to help you with your studies over the summer break, please approach it with a positive attitude…. He's a good boy and really sweet….plus" he said leaning in and whispering it into Syndra's ear.
"He's got a huge crush on you but don't tell him I said that!" Mr Giles said as Syndra simply nodded and blushed a little.
"Right, you 2 are dismissed, hope you enjoy your break." He said as Syndra and Ezreal walked out of the classroom.
"So… Syndra...uhhh… would you like me to ...uhh" Ezreal stammered as he blushed nervously.
"What do you want Ezreal" Syndra said viciously.
"Sorry, sorry I….I was just doing what Mr Giles told me to do…." Ezreal said as he whimpered in fear.
To his surprise, he felt a soft hand pull him up and fix his clothes.
"Sorry Ezreal, I'm just a little bit emotionally stressed right now" Syndra whispered as she and Ezreal walked to the row of lockers.
"Well, I can help you if you want?" Ezreal said cheerfully earning a small smile from Syndra.
A loud clanking sound of metal echoed down the hallway as a tall muscular boy which looked to be of Ionian descent walked through the now empty hallway.
Ezreal noticed Syndra's muscles tighten as she took a deep breath and closed her locker door to meet the boy standing beside her.
"Come on, let's go Syndra" the boy said as he dragged her away.
"Wait, but what about my books Zed" Syndra exclaimed as Zed forcefully dragger her harder
"It's school work, fuck that shit, no one gives a shit about it anyway" Zed said as Syndra was forced to comply.
Ezreal looked in fear as he saw Syndra's violet eyes flash a look of sadness before Zed dragged her out of sight.
"Sigh….. I feel bad for her." Ezreal said as he grabbed his stuff from his locker before he neatly picked up the books and papers from Syndra's locker and placed them in his bag before running back home.
"Hi Ez, how was school?" His mum said as Ezreal opened the door and took his shoes off.
"It was good, Mr Giles gave us our scores back for chemistry" he said as he placed his sneakers on the rack.
"And what did you get?" His mum said as she walked out wearing an apron and holding a pot.
"I got 98/100, I lost 2 marks for the question on esterification….." Ezreal said as his mum smiled.
She placed everything down and went over to hug her son.
"Sweetie, you're perfect, smart, handsome, nice, well behaved, good at school…" I can't ask for more of you she said as her blue eyes shined with happiness.
"Thanks mum, oh by the way, Mr Giles has requested me to tutor Syndra for a little bit, she's struggling with class right now." Ezreal said with a small blush that earned a smile on his mum's face.
"Oooh, is it that pretty silver haired girl that you have a crush on?" she said with a giggle.
"Kinda…." he said with a blush before running upstairs.
His mum smiled before shaking her head and entered the kitchen.
"My baby's growing up!" she said as she went back to cooking.
Ezreal placed his things down before changing out of his clothes.
He checked his phone quickly before throwing on some new clothes and grabbing his backpack before heading out.
"Bye mum, I'm just going over to visit Kennen and Zac" he said before closing the door and running off.
Zac and Kennen were currently studying out in Kennen's yard.
The little furry yordle was lying on Zac's green squishy body revising some biology whilst Zac was doing some calculus
"Hey Ezreal!" Kennen squeaked as he leaped up and ran to hug Ezreal.
"What's up, how y'all doing" Ezreal said as he sat down on the green grass that was next to the road.
" Not much really, we're just studying a little bit, I'm doing some math and Kennen is pretending to study." Zac said with a chuckle.
Kennen rolled his eyes and went back to his text book.
Ezreal lay down on the grass and rested before a beaten up yellow mustang with what looked to be bullet holes on the side of it pulled up at the opposite house beside them.
A tall silver haired girl with beautiful violet eyes stepped out that almost looked like...
"Syndra?" Ezreal said in shock as he waited for the car to leave.
"I didn't know she lived so close to me?" he thought to himself.
"Oh look Ez, it's that girl you have a crush on, Syndra is it?" Kennen said as he sat on Ezreal's head and played with his soft blonde hair.
"Remember Ezreal, the legal age for sex is 16 so you have about 6 months to wait!" Zac said as Kennen and him rolled around in laughted.
"So immature…." Ezreal said as he got up and crossed the street with the intention of returning the books to Syndra and perhaps getting a conversation out between them.
Syndra's house appeared to have a backyard and Ezreal was wondering whether he should enter.
He didn't want Syndra to think that he was a pervert even though at 15 years of age, he did have some urges that he took care off in his room but he just wanted to return her books…..nothing piggish.
Ezreal carefuly walked round the house with Syndra's stuff in his hand held up high almost as if signalling that he meant no harm.
He spotted her chilling in a paddling pool wearing a tight skimpy purple bikini that showed of her big chest and long fit legs.
Ezreal went wide eyed but ultimately shook his head before clearing his voice loud enough for Syndra to hear.
Syndra heard something and immediately grabbed a towel to cover her self before she saw the cute 15 year old blonde boy standing nervously in her yard.
"What are you doing here?" Syndra hissed as her violet eyes darted around to make sure no one was watching.
"I...I live down the street, I was with my friends next door studying and realized that I forgot to give you your books back…." Ezreal stammered in fear and embarrassment as he handed Syndra her file and text book.
"Sigh..he's really sweet and really cute for a 15 year old…. But annoying at the same time… why can't he just leave me alone?" Syndra argued mentally as she grabbed her stuff and tried her best to thank Ezreal.
"Thanks Ezreal, but next time, I can do it myself.." she said before walking back to her pool.
"Thank you Syndra… Oh and about the study thing…. When are you available or willing to do it?" Ezreal said nervously.
Syndra grabbed a piece of paper from the table and wrote something down quickly before handing it back to Ezreal.
"Text me later…." she said before she walked off without saying a word
"5660499780." Ezreal said to himself as he silently screamed with joy knowing that he got his crush's number.
"Ahh well, guess I'll just wait then" he said before walking home.
That's the first chapter xd, sorry if Syndra seems nicer and Zed being a dick a story about succeeding and dealing with bad relationships haha. And as usual, our blonde haired stud Ezreal is the main character who plays the innocent high school cutie who is horrible around women but fantastic on the test.
